GunnCat: This bacon is wicked good. Definitely the best bacon I have seen outside a real smokehouse like Nodine's. The price is what you should expect to pay for quality bacon. I would recommend and I will continue to buy again.

Jane: This is excellent bacon for store bought. I usually prefer to buy hand made bacon from a local farmer or butcher, but it's often not available, so I tried this. Pleasantly surprised with the consistent cut thickness and delicately smoky flavor.

DHR: I had no idea what I was missing my whole life when it comes to thick-cut bacon. I love this bacon’s flavor, as well as its thickness. There is a place for thin and crispy bacon, but there are also several times I need to use a thicker cut. I sometimes cut this bacon into small pieces before cooking and slowly brown and render the fat. I use these luscious little flavorful nuggets mixed in with vegetables, or in salads, breakfast tacos/burritos, mixed into vegetable gratins, etc. There is a lot of fat that is rendered that you can use in a lot of your other recipes and cooking. This bacon has a great, clean flavor - no chemical off-taste or bad odor. I love it so much!
Please don’t ever stop making this particular bacon and cut, Wellshire Farms!
