David H: Wish I’d bought a deep fryer years. Wanted to start off with a smaller simple model. Love it. First thing I cooked was southern fried chicken. The oil got hotter than the selected temp on the dial so going forward I’ll simply back the dial temp back about 20 degrees from the recipe instructions. On my first attempt on the chicken the outside was crunchy and golden brown and juicy on the inside. The next food I cooked were corn and flour chips accompanied by Chimichangas…….Sooooo awesome to be able to cook and duplicate homemade Mexican restaurant chips. Can’t wait to do egg rolls next. This model is easy to use and clean. The oil heats up in a timely manner and the basket is more than big enough. Cooking multiple batches is a non issue. I’m going to buy another matching deep fryer so I can cook for big family dinners. This deep fryer has taken my cooking to a new level.

Jonathan: Ils disent que c’est 2500W et c’est impossible…
Le calcul est V x A = W donc 120V x 15A( ce que les gens ont dans la maison) = 1800W qui est la limite de nos électroménagers… si on se fie à eux, 2500w/120V ça demanderait 20.8 A… oui ça existe dans les maisons mais la fiches n’est pas pareil et le disjoncteur sauterait! Le seul avantage de cette friteuse est qu’il y a plus d’huile.
Deplus le couvercle n’est pas slotter, quand on cuit on ne peut pas mettre le couvercle…
