CPC: The size of the interior is smaller than what I expected. The basket is not as deep as former fryer wee owned. It works fine

The Dude Abides: Sure, air fryer fries are "healthier", but no matter what recipe I've used they just don't pass the taste test. One should be careful about the tendency of wanting to eat more fried foods than one should.

MD: This is an interim review. Packed well in the outer box! Opened the ProFry box and saw the styrofoam packing and thought this is very good. I like this so far. But I will continue this review tomorrow.
Okay, let's get this review done. I was amazed. Great product and I will enjoy cooking in the little unit for many years to come. Read the instructions as all good cooks do...........I do.............do you?............for the best results. Today is fish and chips.

This is the final review. Did I use the Deep Fryer? No
I kept thinking about the cleanup and all the oil that would have to be addressed. If I had a family it would be nice to deep fry on occasion but I also have an air fryer that works really well. Therefore, without unpacking everything I sealed the box and asked for a refund.
Don't get me wrong, from what I saw, this is a nice little unit that anybody would want. But for a single senior, I think it might be too much from the cleaning aspect.

Roger Paul: Je cherchais une frite7se de grandeur moyenne. Pas trop petit, pas trop grand et espace de rangement pas trop volumineux.

Albert: May not be worth a 5 star review, but it does what i bought it for. As long as the heating element works, is good for me. Am using it outdoors. Not suggesting to use it indoor!! The filter is useless, but then again, aren't them all? The thermostat is also useless. Instructions are for french fries 375F 10-12 min. Good luck with that!! Oil was way over 425F and after 4 min. fries where almost burned! But that is minor, as far as i am concerned. Try and learn. Set at 320F, light goes out, potatoes go in, 4 min. later have fries the way I want them. WAY better than at any fast food chain.
