daryldaryl: At 1st i fried i almost try to return it because chicken skin sticks to the frying wirr pan. I post a questionn here if it sticks also if they fry but some reply and give input that in order not to stick put the wire basket 1st in the oil thats already in the frying temperature then slowly put the chicken in the the pan and it works perfect my chicken is now perfectly fried with out sticking to the wired pan (:
Happy buyer here nice product. In addition just make sure to follow the limit of the oil you will put in the pan there is a maximum level do not over fill or else once you filter the oil it will over excess in the oil box.

joann Hansen: I purchased this on the recommendation of my brother and watched it cook our whitefish dinner. I thought it might get hot enough as the dial goes up to 374 deg.
After using: The oil reservoir does not hold all the oil (at max) and is easily spilled on removal. {I had a mess on the counter after removing the reservoir, and on the floor as I was carrying it to the sink} The top of the reservoir does not fit tightly - or at least I was not able to get it to fit.
'EZ clean' it is not, with so many parts. Most parts will fit into the dishwasher, but first must be wiped clear of oil. {I am on a septic system}.
I doubt that the temperature actually go to 374 deg, because food was not cooking as fast as I was used to.
Because we threw the packing materials away, I don't know if we can return it.

circinius: I have wanted to purchase a deep fryer for a long time because frying in a pot on the stove makes me very nervous. I wanted a fryer that would be easy to clean and easy to empty of oil for cleaning and storage. I am quite pleased with this model. It is very intuitive to use. The fryer heats up quickly, and I appreciate the temperature setting gauge that makes it easier to maintain oil at the temperature you want rather than increasing and decreasing the temperature on the stove and having to use a thermometer. I have used it a few times and the food is delicious (I appreciate my air fryer but it's just not the same). My only negative comment is that I wish it held a larger capacity. I was only able to fry three boneless chicken thighs at a time for Nashville chicken sandwiches. This means waiting between batches and either letting food cool before everyone eats, or the cook being abandoned by their family to selfishly eat the freshly made stuff while the cook ends up eating by themself (I am only slightly bitter about this)...

Greg II: Turned it on and it didn’t work. Called consumer support and it was closed. I’ll call again tomorrow. Post to be updated.
Update: A call to customer service helped correct the problem. It now seems to work as expected.
