RachelS: I live in town and hate city water, it stinks, it’s nasty and just freaking gross. I had a water pitcher filter and it needed to be replaced. I did a little research and got the water report for my city (highly disappointed at what’s in the water) and then searched for a filter that would handle the gross stuff. I was initially looking at getting another water pitcher type filter but this one popped up on my search. It filters out all the junk in my city’s water and then some, plus I caught it with a coupon so I ordered it. This was super easy to install and I have not had any problems with it. The water doesn’t smell and it tastes good (not mountain water good but it’ll do). This has been well worth the cost for me and having filtered water has made the food I cook with water taste much better, not to mention all of the tea I drink is way better tasting now.

Perungudiyan: I lived in many countries and experienced different water quality issues in every place. when I moved to new Jersey I realized I can't survive without a quality water filter. I was buying bottled water every week which is not only costlier in the long run it's also not very kind to environment too as I have to carefully recycle every single plastic bottle. I already tried two expensive water filter products in new Jersey and returned them as it was not meeting my requirements. (Also it took a decent amount of kitchen space)

I had no big expectations when I tried this product "water drop", however it ended up as one of the best water filter product I ever came across interms of quality and cost. The price is nothing to the best output it is producing. Taste of the water coming out from water drop is totally different and it's the best.

A friend mentioned this product installation took less than 10 min for him, however I initially had issues fitting the equipment in my tap. when I wrote to their customer support about my issues they were very quick in responding, very helpful and provided alternative options which I am very happy about.

Bradley: We have heavily chlorinated water. This removes the flavor and our table top ice machine needs less cleaning using this filter. It also is a huge help cause our kids refuse to load a dish washer and stack the dishes in the the sink. Still have access to water on the side of the sink.

Peter Yeung: This filter solution gives a very strong but also smooth water pressure flow, it also using the wider standard 3/8" pipeline than the more common with 1/4" pipeline for filter solution. 3/8" pipe is normally quite stiff from my experience, but for compensate that the product provide solution of more silicone soft pipeline for the kitchen faucet.

miriam: Muy bien. Llevo usándolo desde febrero 2023 y transforma completamente la calidad del agua. Se convierte en agua fina (vivo en Alicante y aquí el agua es con muchísima cal, muy dura, que estropea todo) y el sabor no se distingue de agua mineral. Muy contenta. Eso sí, daba por hecho que el filtro aquí en esta zona no me iba a aguantar 1 año por las características del agua y efectivamente. Llevo 8,5 meses usándolo y hay que cambiar ya el filtro. Pero merece muchísimo la alegría de poder beber agua del grifo, asequible y sin cargar garrafas del súper o gastarse jn dineral en una ósmosis que además desperdicia mucha agua. Muy satisfecha.

jal: I'm not sure about the quality of water yet, b/c I haven't tried it. Also, it seems the wrench isn't necessary to open the housing to get to the filter. You can hand unscrew the housing (to the left) to open it. However I fear that the water may rust the housing shut over time. Which means you have to throw away the whole unit eventually, and it's a bit on the pricey side. Also, it seems you can only use the filters from this company, whereas other filters allow you to use filters form other companies, b/c the filter is made to fit similar type housing. This filter has to be pushed into place.
