Tom: I have had the iSpring RCC7 5-Stage RO Drinking Water Filtration System and Ultimate Water Softener since 2018. It is the best product I have ever used for household drinking water filtration in my past 20 years. Replacing the filters once or twice every year is quite easy task. The filters from iSpring does a good job, and it makes my tap water (New Jersey) tasted like Spring water if not better. I have had little issue on the system after using it quite a while that is caused by the high water pressure in my area. I contacted customer service of iSpring and Nick from support team explained to me about the cause (high water pressure in my case) and sent me right away the replacement parts along with a pressure regulator to prevent same problem from happening again. What a quick relief for me. This is a company who stands behind their product, giving peace of mind to customer like myself. I can't be more happier with this product and their support. I certainly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a RO system.

Michael: After multiple years of satisfied use, one of the filter casings sprung a few pin hole leaks. The system leaked through our cabinetry and down through the ceiling to the floor below. Lucky, we caught the leak before any large amount of damage occurred. I contacted ispring and they were quick to inform me that within the first few pages of the installation instructions they recommend the installation of a pressure reducing valve before the system if it is being installed on a city water system. It surprised me that this part was not included with the product as I would assume a majority of filter installations are on city water. The pinhole leaks were a sign of over pressurization caused by my faulty installation due to not purchasing the supplementary pressure reducing valve. Ispring was sympathetic to our situation and helped get our system operable again. They replaced pretty much the whole filter system. They also included the illusive pressure reducing valve and a leak detection kit. I would highly recommend purchasing those additional parts, but overall we have been very happy with the product. Shout out to Nick for getting our water filter operable again. Thanks Nick

Jacqueline M. Armstrong: I love this filter. It's easy to install and change filters. No problems for 6 years! I got a fissure in the top of the sediment filter recently, however. I figured I had to replace it. I tried and struggled to have a leak free seal. I called iSpring directly (not easy to find the number! Lol) and even though it took several days to get a call back, they replaced parts for free even though I was clearly out of warranty. I was shocked and delighted. A woman named Michele knew what happened, apparently city water pressure can be to strong at times and cause these problems. I'm so grateful for her help and to have my perfect water again!

Dave: My iSpring R.O. system has been in service since 2017 with no problems until recently. A leak developed from somewhere in the top unit. Being an incurable Mr. Fixit, I removed the filter assembly after I found a small amount of water leaking from one of the screws which holds the #1 filter canister to the top unit.
I removed the canister cover from the top unit and found a crack in it from which water was leaking. A phone call to i.Spring reached Shawn in customer service. When I told him I wanted to purchase only the cannister top, he asked me to send a photo and a copy of the purchase receipt and he would send me a new top unit at no charge, even though my unit is way out of its warranty period. The photo was easy, and Amazon being Amazon, so was the receipt. About 1 1/2 weeks passed and a box arrived. My first thought was they certainly over boxed a top unit. When I opened the box, it contained more boxes which contained an entire new unit less the filters and pressure tank. It was a nice surprise! The system is installed and running properly. Kudos to Shawn, and Kudos to iSpring. I highly recommend their products in place of going to a big box store! Thank you very much...

B. ClarkB. Clark: The old Sears 2-stage carbon water filter wasn't good enough. It made the water taste better, but didn't remove the unwanted dissolved solids. We were still buying bottled water, which taste better. It was time to move up to a RO - reverse osmosis water filtration system!
