M. Clover: Pros and cons: I would buy it again. Here's why. While it's designed to appear as marble or stone, it's plastic. Nice! It's hollow through the main post which you can fill with rocks or water to make it sturdy and harder to fall over. I actually have a metal fence pole cemented in the ground and slipped the main plastic bird bath post right over that. So for me, it's not gonna blow over EVER. The birds are using it a lot. I love it! I bought a little solar fountain to use inside and it's perfect. (Solar fountain doesn't come with it and it's fine without one).
Cons: Cheap quality. The threads to screw each piece together are somehow not lined up properly, which I don't understand if it's made in a factory. Poorly designed or quality control issue?? You have to be very slow and deliberate when screwing the pieces together so the threads stay on track. Lame!
But once that's done testing your patience, and you've made sure it's level and won't fall over, you're good to go! Very attractive and being used by birds in my yard and people really think it's made of marble or stone...until I share the truth with them. The light plastic materials and decorative style are worth it.

J. GrantJ. Grant: Placed on front lawn where an old tree had to be removed. Instead of the included base, I put it over two rebar rods, and covered the bottom with mulch. Added a solar fountain and some solar lawn lights, and it's neat. Birds enjoy the water, and it looks nice!

Brigid Jachna: I’m glad to have made this purchase. At first, after setting it up I was a little unsure of how sturdy the bath would be for some of the bigger birds (since I can’t stake it into the ground since it’s on a porch), but I’ve seen up to five doves all using it at once and it seemed to hold up just fine. Since it is also not as heavy as a stone bird bath it is easier to dump out dirty water and clean it. Although, I have found that the basin of the bath doesn’t quite sit evenly so the water is higher on one side than the other. Overall, the birds, a squirrel, and even a lizard I’ve seen, all appear to enjoy the addition of this bird bath!

Loraine: I love how easy the birdbath is to refill with water.
It’s lightweight so you can just pick up clean and refill water with hose then set back down.
So much easier than heavy concrete ones

Eileen: It is light of course so I filled the centre with rocks as suggested and this is working great. I also put heavy rocks to make it even sturdier. The birds and bees just love it. As do all the neighbours. I’m so happy I bought it.

Lilian Tiro: This looks like as what we’ve had for more than 5 years. I can’t remember where we bought it but it came with sand in the pole. The stakes for this product should be longer though. Probably as long as those that come with collapsible gazebos. In my case, being light weight is not really a feature. It’s indeed lightweight thus the 5 stars. There is a permanent place for out birdbath in the backyard. For now I am giving it 3.5 stars as it has just arrived and assembled yesterday. I hope this one will last as long as our old one.

Rosemary: very pleased with this bird bath. Nice large bowl & I will be using the solar water fountain in it. It's well built, but it will need to be anchored with the stakes to prevent it from being blown over by high winds. If it's placed in a sheltered area, it would be fine without stakes. Note: chk the box for the 3 stakes, as mine had fallen out of the plastic bag & got stuck inside the cardboard seams. Luckily I did a thorough search & found them.
