Ann: I think the bird bath is adorable. It is very sturdy. I wish it was a little bit bigger.it doesn't hold much water. But for backyard decor it's perfect.

Amazon Richard: The birds seem to like a wide and shallow birdbath the best... this is more like a small bowl. It's the first glass one we'd had, and it seems to be holding up well in the punishing Texas summer.
Assembling it was easy, and I'm glad to have the spikes that go into the ground and hold it in place.
Previously, we've had various plastic-type birdbaths, and they just would not last well. I'm hoping this will do better (we've had this three months or so).
I would not buy this again (too small), but I do like the idea of a glass one, and I like the anchors in the ground.
