Mel: This machine is easy to use with great shaved ice. We buy syrup from a local popcorn place. Our freshman son and his friends request us to bring it often. Nice easy treat -- I will say the tray that comes with it doesnt hold much ice -- we got a small tote from dollar tree that fits in there and works better

Amazon Customer: Worked perfect, but did have a problem with the ice not falling out and getting stuck. only way to clean out was to let it melt. The next day everything worked perfect. Hopefully this was just a one time issue. I do think they should have made it where one could remove the blade wheel for a good cleaning, and possible issue of ice getting stuck in the tube. So, far I would recommend, but with some reservations.
