S Jones: I like the story, but I worry that the illustrations may be culturally insensitive - although they are visually pleasing and were very appealing to my little ones 20 years ago - these are rabbits after all.

Jody KHL: This is a great book. I want to work in more diversity into my son's books, and buying books by authors from different backgrounds was my goal. This is a great book. The illustrations are really nice, and my 2 year old loves counting all the bunnies on each page and has started describing what's happening.

no-nonsense: The selling point of the book are the beautiful illustrations, but content wise, it's meant for very young children learning to count and read. The penultimate page has some background info about the Native American tribes, in adult language.
If you appreciate illustrations and want to be inspired, this book is for you. If you want to "read", you'll be done in 5 minutes.

Amazon Customer: Ten Little Rabbits is an extraordinary book of Native Art and Culture. My Grand daughter is part KWAKIUTL and it is a thrill to find such a beautifully illustrated edition that includes her ancestry in Canada. I have learned about native art and culture from this book as well and find it useful for many craft projects.

Abby Zalenski: I am eight years old. I liked this book because it kind of reminds me of Ten Little Mice. I would like to read it to my little cousins. I liked the illustrations because they were realistic. I liked the book.
