Amazon Customer: Love the knife. Feels great in the hand. Cuts clean and holds an edge when used properly. A proper cutting board is very important. For me, I prefer wood but plastic is second best. Could spend a lot more for not nearly as good a knife. Can't beat Victorinox quality and value.

Mary: We have a meat processing business and go thru a lot of knives. Victorinox is a highly rated knife, so I decided to get one. This is a nice looking knife and feels good in your hand. The only problem I have with this knife is it was not sharp. I had to really work hard to get the blade to have a good edge. After I got the blade sharp, it is a great knife!
