Martha: If you are looking for a good BBQ knife this fits the bill. I have Cutco knives in my kitchen so I don't cheap out on my cutlery. A lot of BBQ people and butchers use Victorinox. They have been around for a long time making knives of all sorts. This is a great BBQ knife and would buy it as a gift for any of my friends and family.

October: I've added this to my Victorinox kitchen knife assortment. It is as great as all the others. It slices diagonally through steak like no other knife! It carves a roast or ham or turkey cleanly without effort. It makes a dandy bread knife, too. It's a versatile kitchen tool and well worth the price.
