S. PezakS. Pezak: I have 3 pugs and a frenchie and we all LOVE this fountain. It’s inexpensive, yet effective and reliable. The water is always cold and clear. I change the filter every 2-4 weeks but wash it in between. I also always have a bowl of water out but ever since I put out this fountain, they 100% prefer to drink from it and not the water bowl.
For large dogs, I wouldn’t choose this one. I board and whenever there’s a large dog here, I end up having to refill it way more often. But from someone with 4 littles, I couldn’t be happier.
You don’t really need the cleaning kit, it’s pretty easy to clean without the tools. I’ve only had it about a month and a half, two months now and I’ve never had a problem with the motor, sponge, or any other component. When the water gets too low, you can hear the motor working harder, but you can also see the water line from the outside. You obviously want to try to not let the motor run dry so refill it as soon as you hear it struggling.
I just bought a 32 pack of filters so I plan on having this fountain for awhile. Definitely 100% worth it.

Katrina K.: The only thing keeping me from rating this as five stars is how shallow the top portion is, because if you’re refilling the fountain while it’s running and pour water too fast it can easily overflow.
However, I LOVE the fact that I can easily see the water level on the side of it. Another plus is the light in the fountain as well. I basically have a nightlight on my kitchen floor, and the shape of the fountain is overall very sleek.
It’s easy to clean, the durability of the fountain is solid, and my cats really seem to love it more than their other fountain by this brand. It also holds more water than my other one, which is a nice little bonus and the motor for it is quieter than my other one!
Aside from the shallow top and it taking a different style of filter than my other fountain, I’m overall very pleased with this item.

Jimmy M.: This is a great water fountain for small pets. We have a small dog and cat that share it and there's enough water to last almost a week. For the longest time when I tried to refill the water, it would always overflow and get water underneath the fountain. At first I thought there was a leak, but every time I inspected it, there was no leak. For the longest time I couldn't figure out why it would overflow when I poured water into the fountain to refill it and used the window gauge on the fountain to measure how much water I put making sure it never passed the capacity line.
It took me a year to realize that the window does not give you a real time view into how much water was actually in the fountain as there is another layer beneath the top that also holds water.
YOU HAVE TO FILL THE WATER ONLY UP TO 80% OF THE TOP LINE OF THE WINDOW. THE WATER WILL THEN FLOW DOWN INTO THE FOUNTAIN AND THE WATER LEVEL WILL RISE UP TO THE TOP LINE, BUT IT WON'T DO IT RIGHT AWAY. AS SOON AS I STARTED TO NOT FILL IT ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP LINE, I GET NO MORE OVERFLOWS.

Aristeia: I bought this water fountain because my cats (like me) hate drinking water. I found that they started drinking water more once I got this fountain. When I first installed it, I was a bit hesitant because i don't want to continually spend money on filters. But because my cats have started to drink more water, I thought it was a worthwhile investment.
I have this stationed in my attic studio, where i spend the majority of the morning and afternoon. My cats love it and it was relatively quiet.
Fast forward a few weeks later, a month has passed since I first received this product and suddenly the fountain has become LOUD AF. I can literally hear the water from the downstairs floor. I don't know what was causing this increase in noise but in an attempt to get rid of it I thoroughly cleaned and refilled the water, added a brand new filter as well, and the sound is STILL there.
It's mildly annoying, especially when I am trying to sleep.
EDIT: I have bumped this review up one star because I was contacted by the manufacturer and although it was annoying to record video of the fountain (I have terribly shaky hands and my phone is an older generation), the...

Gloria Meza: Estoy totalmente satisfecha con mi compra, cumple perfectamente su función, recibí el producto muy rápido, pensé que al ser de otro país tardaría mucho en llegar pero no fue así, de verdad si estás viendo esto y eres de México o de cualquier país de habla hispana te recomiendo esta fuente para tus mascotas, yo estuve buscando opiniones del producto en español pero la verdad no encontré, sólo en inglés, pero mira que estoy muy feliz de haberla pedido. Daniel Noonan: Have had this for 6 months. Great design, lighting etc. But as soon as it gets to less than 2/3rd full the pump is not strong enough to keep the water flowing. Looking to buy an alternative already.

1. Water Volume is great and it simply works - your pet will have a water fountain that doesn't need to be refilled every day. You can go about your day worry free that your pet has a source of running water.
2. Easy to take apart and reassemble; and is light when empty; heavy when full (as expected...it's full of water). I would recommend this is placed on the floor though as it can slide around on a table and can easily fall when bumped into. When placed on the floor, my cat has never knocked it over or tipped it over. The entire fountain is made of plastic so if it falls from a high place, it can easily crack.
3. Easy to clean - I spray it down with a pet safe multi purpose cleaner & use a sponge, wet cloth, or my hands to wipe it down. You definitely need to clean it every 2 weeks as the filter, black sponge and the surroundings of the fountain can get messy with pet hair and food particulates if your pet tends to drink water after eating food like mine.
