Piergiacomo: Cercavo una fontanella come alternativa alle solite ciotole dell'acqua e ho trovato lei, in acciaio, silenziosa, capiente e molto carina esteticamente. Per la mia gatta è stato subito amore! La scorsa settimana la pompa ha smesso di funzionare, ma il servizio clienti Aonboy è stato ottimo e tempestivo, e mi ha subito mandato un video su come cercare di risolvere, e in effetti funziona tutto di nuovo per la gioia della mia micia! Consigliatissima!

Digitarte Tom: Equipamento interessante para manter a água corrente para o gato. O material de base é excelente excepto a parte superior que sofreu desgaste sem explicação viável ou que assim se justificasse. No entanto funciona como esperado.

I.: Ho acquistato la fontana per il mio gatto che non beve da ciotole d’acqua tradizionali. Appena abbiamo iniziato ad utilizzarla, ha smesso di bere dal lavandino/bidet :)
La capienza è buona, l’acqua dura almeno 4 giorni con lui. Non fa praticamente rumore è quello che si sente ricorda il suono di un piccolo ruscello, quindi è piacevole.
Essendo in acciaio, è facile da pulire a differenza di altre di plastica, cove il calcare resta attaccato e crea una patina bianca. I filtri sembrano ben fatti.
La ricomprerei.

Michael T.: Loved the looks that’s what sold us. Works great but gets clogged quick if you have long hair cats and filters are hard to get. Only real issue is you have to keep half full at all times or it stops working.
We have 3 cats so it’s part of morning routine and night routine to add a bottle of water to it. Love the bubble effect without the flower, cats do also and sting much more and spend lots of time
L playing with it and drinking.

MarianoD: Dopo una grande ricerca tra i tanti modelli ho optato per queste caratteristiche:

1-Inox, ottima conducibilità termica e mantiene la temperatura dell'acqua fresca
2-Discreta capacità in caso di assenza medio prolungata
3-Guarnizione tra parte superiore ed inferiore
4-Filtri a causa dell'acqua del rubinetto
5-Fontanella multifunzione in base alla preferenza del gatto
6-Usb per una connessione rapida
7-Con un pozzetto nel caso l'acqua finisca, in questo modo ne rimane poca di emergenza ma meglio di niente

Unica nota: il sensore infrarossi per il movimento l'ho dovuto prendere a parte, ve lo consiglio assolutamente perchè altrimenti la pompetta va di continuo e rischia la cottura, soprattutto se l'acqua finisce per evaporazione o perchè i domestici bevono molto.

ATTENZIONE: Mi raccomando, controllate continuativamente il livello dell'acqua, se la fontanella diventa troppo rumorosa vuol dire che manca e sta andando a secco, oltre al fatto che mancherà l'acqua al domestico, come detto sopra, si rischierà di bruciare la pompetta.

Emily: I absolutely loved this water fountain and purchased additional filters to go with this since Jan 2022. 11 months later I can say I’m truly disappointed at how the pump lost power and that I have to buy replacement parts. I find it easy to clean and virtually without noise (you have to really focus to hear it). But yeah.. the replacement parts - especially the pump - is ridiculously annoying to deal with since it hasn’t even been a full year. Otherwise I would recommend if your cat pal isn’t drinking water.

UPDATE:
There’s no replacement part for the flower and it’s gray connector piece as it no longer stays intact. A year and a half later and I just bought a replacement pump too. Disappointed.

Jerry: We had a Pioneer Pet fountain for years and it was time for a new one. We liked this one because it was easier to clean and quiet (the old one always rattled.) The night light is a nice feature, it's a soft blue and not too bright (not that our cat needs a night light but it is helpful to us.) When it came it was easy to put together and worked great. The cat likes it. After a couple of months we noticed that the pump didn't seem to be pumping the water out like it originally did. We contacted the company and they responded the same day, asked a few questions and requested a video to show the problem we were having. I sent them a short 2 second video with more information about the problem. They responded immediately and said a new item was being shipped ASAP and to expect it in a few days. We thought they were sending a new pump but they sent a whole new fountain and it arrived on the day they said it would! We are very pleased with the customer service we received and our cat uses the fountain multiple times a day. Great product!

Hanna: In general I like this fountain. I am optimistic the all stainless steel will be easier to keep clean than my old plastic version. This light is also not as bright and obtrusive as on similar models. It has minimal pieces and comes apart and together easily. Noise level is minimal -- just the soft tinkling sound of the water. But like other reviews have stated, there is no water level indicator. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal, but it sort of is for a few reasons.

This model does not feature an auto shut off function for the pump. Which means if the water level gets too low and you don't catch it in time, it'll just burn itself out. There's no "at a glance" way to know if the level is getting low. You HAVE to take both top pieces completely off to check. Moreover, with my previous model I would not actually take the top off to refill it, I'd just pour new water from a pitcher directly into the tray until it topped off. If I do it that way with this one, I have to either take both top pieces completely off to refill or just sort of guess when it gets close to the top to avoid it spilling over.

Like me, you may think, well, it's not such a big deal to take the top...

Amazon Customer: My cats have gone through multiple plastic fountains. The last one they had was square shaped and there were so many crevices in every piece that were a massive pain to clean. I disassembled and washed this fountain the day I got it and it is so much easier to clean due to it being circular and the top portion comes apart so it's basically a flat plate. My only cleaning concern is the pump. There is a lot of extra plastic to make the pump circular for the foam filter ring that goes on the outside. The front comes off so you can clean the pump fan etc. However the back of the pump where the power cord is connected there's yet more extra plastic with a hole where water is easily going to be in the entire area. This plastic doesn't seem to be removable and I don't think any brush would be able to fully scrub the area. I tried to remove it gently but it didn't budge. I can see this being an issue with mold. I'm thinking I might be able to clean it by soaking the pump in a bowl but unsure as of now. **Update as of 09/20 just cleaned it for the second time (first time since cats got it) and that part I was concerned about with the pump does come off! I was able to get it off and on with...
