Catherine Lynn: This is a nice looking water fountain with a spigot rather than a bubbler. If you have cats that like to drink from the faucet, they will love this. It came with instructions that were easy to follow, as well as a couple of extra filters and some cleaning tools. This model does not have a water level window, but I noticed that it starts making a trickle sound when it’s time to add more. But it should have a water level window, and so for that I must reduce a star.

Michael B: We have two French bulldogs that love this fountain. One drinks straight out of the spout while the other prefers the still water. Our first time buying this was 3 years ago and we had no problems at all. In 2023 I decided to get a new one just to start fresh. This product does need regular cleaning, but there aren’t any zero-maintenance fountains that exist, so that is a given. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is one small uncleanable area (in between where the charcoal filter holder is and where the stainless steel is). One reviewer mentioned this as well and has a picture of what’s inside after prying it open. When I did this to my old model it did have some gross residue in there from 3 years of use. This is just one area of improvement they could look at in the future. But all in all this is in my opinion the best pet fountain on the market

Mary A Swords-Greene: I have been using a water fountain for my cats for as long as I can remember. All of my previous fountains have been plastic. They were always a pain to clean. I finally gave in and started looking for a stainless steel fountain. I looked at several and there was always some sort of complex fountain design. I liked the simplicity of this design, so I bought it. It is VERY easy to clean! The hardest thing to clean is the pump. Sometimes, it is difficult to pull of the front part where the pump filter goes, but that's my only issue. I have 2 cats so I do go through filters faster than I would prefer and the only way I know that the water level is low is by the sound of the pump amd the level of the water in the top bowl. I also wish the tab on the spout was a little longer so it would be easier to grab. Other than thse minor issues, I highly recomend this water fountain. I rarely give a 5 star review. If I could I would do 4.5 stars if only because of those minor issues.

Condo living: I was originally going to write a bad review. I was going to say, “Get that $75 fancy model everyone always talks about. This doesn’t last long enough to justify.” And then I realized I was cleaning it wrong. I thought the pump was going bad after only 5 months of use. I was looking at the Amazon product page when the video for cleaning the pump started auto play. I didn’t realize there were more steps to cleaning it, including removing the fan and clean both the fan and behind the fan. I pulled both parts out and used the provided pipe cleaners the scrub the pump clean. Now it works great! Hopefully I will not be updating this review with an “Oops, never mind.”

I recommend this product overall. The replacement filters are cheaper than most stainless steel fountains and there aren’t too many parts to clean.

Andrea UrgoAndrea Urgo: I have spent years researching and purchasing all different types of fountains and finally settled on the ORSDA Cat Water Fountain Stainless Steel, 3L Automatic.

This fountain is by far the BEST! I now have 4 of these for my two kitties. Why so many? Because having these all over the house really does encourage my kitties to drink more water. Sometimes I am just too lazy to clean them out immediately so it's super easy to change them out and clean the others when I want to, without moving furniture. Just disconnect the pump and re-connect another. Honestly, a good cleaning can be done in 5 minutes because there are so little parts and no corners.

WHAT I LIKE:
1 - Extremely easy to clean. The pump easily disconnects when it is time to clean and/or add water. This is by far my absolute favorite feature.
2 - Very light weight and easy to maneuver without spilling water. I can even carry it upstairs with NO SPILLS.
3 - No catne (cat chin acne)! The food grade stainless steel remains cleans with no buildup.
4 - The filters are easy to replace and catch all the nasties, including cat hair.
5 - QUIET! I have to look closely to make sure it's on...that is how...
