Stainless Steel Cat Water Fountain with Filter - BLUZZO

L4s4gneL4s4gne: I have had this fountain for about 4-5 months, I purchased it from Bluzzo on Amazon.com

It works well and easy to clean. She is silent. I put it in my room next to the food dispenser.

As with any fountain and food dispenser, the secret to avoiding dirt and insects is to put them on a stable, raised base. I use liquor racks that I turned upside down: beautiful, good and not Dear.

I recommend it to people looking for a fountain that is quiet and easy to clean.

pandemoniumpandemonium: The package was shipped fast, with amazon prime. I was looking to replace a plain stainless steel water bowl. My lovely cats, Amadeus (Who I found weighing 9 ounces! at Lowes GARDEN center... hehehe -he is now 8lbs and 4 months old! Mama's boy), Nebula, and our diva, Mahuika kept knocking over the water bowl. They loved to put their paws in and dab at the water and BAM knock it over constantly making pools of water fly across the floor. So after researching and looking at customer reviews.. for a filtered fountain? Sure why not.

Opening the package it was pretty much, throw away the directions because it is self-explanatory. Honestly I had no issues assembling the product. We filled it up and let it run. The fountain sits by my desk. The noise level is very low, I honestly don't really know we have a fountain. I do not hear the water flowing.

I did notice when the water level does it get low you can start to hear the water sloshing around and making noise. It is my warning to please fill the fountain. I am lazy. I like to pour the water. Very. Slowly. into the fountain and let it naturally get sucked down...

Sabrina T: Update: Within a month of leaving a one star review, the seller reached out to me and offered a full refund which is why I am updating my review. The fountain itself while it worked was great and I liked the light/ ability to view the water level. Since the seller reached out and offered a refund due to my feedback, I would feel comfortable repurchasing from them as if it stopped working outside of the return window then I would still most likely be offered a refund. Additionally, we have the regular circle model which has had no issues for about a year and a half.

The cat shaped fountain stopped working after 3 months. Disappointed in this product to say the least. We have had the regular circle model for over a year and it still works perfectly, so not sure why the cat one stopped after only 3 months.

Abby: I have had this fountain for a little over 4 months. It still works. I have not tried using the dishwasher to clean it but if you don't use the dishwasher to clean the top and bottom parts of it, it can take like 15-20 min to clean, replace filters and add new water. Before this, I was using a PetSafe fountain which had really bad quality control on its filters and the ceramic fountain would get very stained so I chose this one because it was stainless steel and it came with a cleaning tool. It did come out more matte metal than the picture. The picture makes it look a lot shinier but that's fine with me.

Highly suggest you clean all the nooks and crannies on the pump.

I would say this is the best cat fountain I have so far. There's still some maintenance maybe every 1-2 weeks. Sometimes I clean it weekly since my cat produces a lot of saliva so inside gets slimy at least within a week.

I would say it stays basically in the same state after I clean it. It still looks brand new. It doesn't stain like ceramic does. There may be a little stain on the fountain spout part because my cat's saliva is strong and if left there long enough, it will stain but it's minor...
