Stacy Davis: These are super comfortable compared to other items I've purchased that have the hard inserts. The band is a little loose since my feet are slender but iverall it's very comfortable and relieved my plantar fasciitis pain when worn. Can be a bit irritating to your feet if you wear them for too long.

JAMI ISAACS: These band fit snug around your feet and doesn't shift around with activity. The gel pad underneath does create support by pushing up on your arch, but that bulbous support is also what creates the discomfort. Wearing these feels like you have a racquetball under your arch as you walk. The added support does not remove the pain, and after wearing these for over an hour, one starts getting a different kind of pain from the gel pad pushing up into your arch. I would recommend actual arch supports and not sticking something filling up the space under your arch.
