Using these to help support my high arch has made such a difference in my foot pain. My feet would hurt so bad when getting up after sitting for any period of time. After using these that pain is gone. These insoles do not move inside my shoes and they are easy to switch from one pair of shoes to another. They are so much easier to use and place inside the shoes than the full length insoles. They are well made and I expect a long life from them.

Brandi L.: I have a calcaneal spur, lots of pain at the bottom back of my right heal. I also have very high arches. These rigid insoles make a huge difference. I can go all day with them.
Things to know:
1. They are wide and do t fit into every show. Definitely won’t fit in many feminine dress shoes.
2. They are uncomfortable in my cowboy boots with a 1” heel. I can imagine they would act similarly in any shoe with a heel.
3. They are rigid. You can feel the leading edge sometimes, but you get used to it and it hasn’t caused me any problems yet.
4. Get a second pair - moving them from shoe to shoe is a pain.
5. The make Muck boots bearable.

Vinnie: I never bought inserts like this so I was a bit skeptical of the half length for the sole. I put them in and I was very pleased with the arch support. However, I don't know if it's my boots my feet or just the design of the support but on the left side I feel like I'm standing on the back of it with my heel. I can feel the edge. I'm thinking if it was just a quarter inch taller in the back with a little bit of slope away from your heel that it could be more comfortable. The right foot is not the same way. I think I wouldn't notice it at all if I didn't feel it on my left foot. I may try trimming some of it off.

Jasmine: As I’m putting on my sneakers a year post purchase, I had to come back to right a review. I was developing tailor’s bunions and always had achy feet. I went to a podiatrist who recommended inserts to support my high arches. Before purchasing the $60+ inserts there, I tried a few from Amazon and other stores. These were the immediate winner! Most others weren’t ”hard” like these so they did nothing to support my arch. I purchased 2 sets of these a year ago, one for my hiit workout sneakers and one for my outdoor, running/walking sneakers. I went up a half size in both sneakers as is often recommended for running, and also to accommodate the additional room the soles take up. Since then, the bunions are stable, no more distortion or bruising. And no foot aches/pain!
I will mention that they’re not great for flats or shoes that are snug because they lift your feet a bit causing the ankle to slide out of a low-cut shoe, and as previously mentioned, they do take up a little bit of extra room in the shoe.
I did try the full-length as I was worried these wouldn’t stay in place in the shoe, but much prefer these. They fit better imo and for the most part stay...

JR: These are a great option if you need orthotics and find it hard to find dress shoes that will work with them. They stay in place while wearing them, no issues with them moving around.

Simran: It is quite hard and I realized that my feet hurt if I use this in shoes for long walks (7-10kms) . I feel tired and the hurts carries over to my legs and tailbone.
The product itself is solid and good quality, but it's not for me. I will be returning back to the cushioned inserts and just change them on a more regular basis.

Denise: Would be better if there is a layer of foam material to cushion the sole. The Insole is too hard to use over a longer period of standing.

Julie A.Julie A.: These seem well made and would have worked for me but they didn't quite line up with the size of my feet and the higher curvature wasn't supporting my arches at the right spot making them uncomfortable. To note they are also quite hard. If you need a good and hard support, these might be right for you but If you're looking for something cushy or flexible, these are not it.

Bookworm87: I have wide feet. I've worn inserts that bother my feet and hurt. I didn't understand how ones can be made for wide feet but when I saw them i understood.
I noticed that people haven't mentioned about these: is they aren't the full length of the shoe. They only go to the ball of your foot. It's the reason they work for wide feet.
I also have high arches. I've seen a podiatrist in the past and he said when i walk my feet collapse. This helped a lot with that. The only thing it didn't help is my right foot toes. But thats because I have a habit of putting extra pressure on the ball of my right that foot, so its not the inserts fault.
When I bought these I was a bit confused by the size chart. I didn't understand why the size ranges are broad. It makes sense when you hold them in your hand. I didn't trust whether the size ranges is a good thing but I knew as soon as I opened it that it is (the other inserts size choices ex: 6-7, 7-8)
I have winter boot size 11 M walking sneakers size 8 M. These fit both of them.
For my sneakers, my L shoe is a perfect fit (without the inserts) and has no extra room while my R is a bit loose. With these inserts in both...
