Salvoni nicoletta: Questi plantari sono comodissimi già dal primo utilizzo, usati tutti i giorni ormai da un mesetto.
Sono robusti e non si deformano facilmente.
Non ho più avuto dolori al tallone (ho i piedi piatti ed avrei bisogno di plantari ortopedici.)
Con questi ho risolto tutti i miei problemi ad un minimo prezzo!

むっちゃん: 1ヶ月前から 踵の痛みが発症してしまい 足底筋膜炎と診断されました 低反発のインソールをずっと 履いていましたが 踵の痛みが悪化してましい つらかったので こちらの商品を購入しました
高アーチで しっかりと支えてくれるので 身体のゆがみ的に真っ直ぐになる感じがあり 踵もしっかりとサポートしてくれてる感じはありますが とても 硬いので とても疲れやすいと感じました 仕事柄 安全靴で 10000歩は 毎日歩いてます 1日2日目は 慣れるためにと思ってましたが 3日目はかなりなれました
休みの時は普通のスニーカーなので やはり踵には負担がかかるかと インソールを入れてる安全靴の方が 踵の痛みは軽減されるかと思います
インソールに 低反発が ついてれば 最高かなと思いました
ただ その場の 立ち仕事だと かなり 足が痛くなると思います 多少歩くようなら 痛みは軽減されると...

Amazon Customer: i bought these since i had problem with ball of my foot. not the heel. i had surgery on the ball of my foot. these seems to be working great. i feel noticeable arch support. i wear these to take pressure off of ball of the foot. seems to work great. just fyi i put gel inserts and these on top of that. seems to work best for my feet. just an idea.

Zombie doll: I have not given them a full try yet so I will update. If you expect any cushion on these you will be very disappointed. They are hard as a rock! I thought they would at least have a little cushion but there is none at all! They seem supportive and probably won't break down as fast as most insoles. I have not done hardly any walking with them yet though due to the hardness. Kinda worried my foot is going to hurt worse. 😕 But I am willing to try them.

ERN: Standing on these, I can tell this is precisely what I need to help relieve my foot pain: rigid, good arch support, and not full length which is good for my neuroma. But! They are wide and also really elevate the instep and either don't fit in my shoes, or make them too tight . I would have to buy wide shoes and/or a full size bigger to have enough room for these. Not really looking to buy all new shoes right now, so will likely return.

Ian Goddard: These provide outstanding arch support, and by their structural solidity, I expect they will be long lasting (I'll update this after some time). This product eliminates all I don't need in an arch-support insole, and gives me just what I want. No nonsense insoles! The whole-foot cushioning that other arch-support insoles come with only hasten their deterioration and always have inferior flimsy arch support. So I'm always having to buy new ones because features I don't really need compromised the product.
I'm using these insoles with no additive cushioning and I walk over 2 miles a day. They feel a bit hard at first, but I don't notice it after a few minutes and my feet feel fine during and after long walks. It did take my left foot a bit of getting used to this insole, it felt too hard in the arch at first, hurting a bit. So I took it out of only the left shoe and used an old insole for a few days, then reinserted this one. Now both feet are happy with these insoles.
Looks like a good buy! I'll update this after they've had time for long-term duration testing.

orthotics at over 200 quid, as well as other off the shelf brands. These have been by far the best. Been using them for a few months now and about to order more so I don't have to keep changing them from my work shoes to my gym trainers.
