Kings BuyerKings Buyer: I tried insoles they didn’t work. A friend recommended these. They are great give you support to shoes that do not have any support without bulk of an insole. They are comfortable and don’t slip around. I only use them on flat plastic or fake leather shoes so glue can adhere well. I wouldn’t try on cloth type shoes. If you need to reposition them you can remove and replace no problem and they still stick well.

lifegetsbetterlifegetsbetter: I put these ON TOP of my inserts for arch support because the arch support in in inserts I’ve bought is never enough for my feet. And of course the arch support that come in shoes when you purchase them is even worse.
However, I can’t really blame shoe companies because while adjusting these cushions, it made me aware of how much of a huge difference there is in the feel of the shoe and cushion when placing it just 1/4” differently. It makes me realize that everyone’s feet is a little different - your arch is probably in a slightly different place compared to mine but it makes a big difference.
In order to make them stay on permanently, I simply add Super Glue Gel on the Arch Support Cushions and it works very well. I actually am glad that the adhesion is not stronger (and it actually is very sticky) because then I can try them in different positions on top of my arch support to figure out what spot makes them most comfortable. Once I have figured that out by walking a few steps, then I Super Glue them in.

G: If you jump aeound like a maniac in shoes that are terrible for your feet, you need these! I have these in almost all of my high heel shoes and my more fashionable/less functional boots, and they have helped a lot. There is definitely more support and my feet hurt a lot less (if at all) when wearing for long periods of time. I'm a performer - I stand a play the keyboard (sustain pedal and all) and sing, so I am on my feet basically dancing and stomping around for 3-4 hours straight, and when I say I don't need a foot bath immediately after I get home from a gig after wearing these in all my pretty shoes, that says a lot. The support is just enough, not too much. My only suggestion: Make sure the surface you're adhering them to is cleaned and smooth, and make sure you know exactly where you're placing them and avoid moving them, to ensure they stay put. That happened with two pairs, and it didn't move too much, still pretty sticky, but just enough to have learned my lesson.

Nancy: I bought these to put in my flip flops (you don't notice them at all as they're clear) but for me the arch isn't high enough. I have flat feet so these don't really help. I do like that you can peel and stick them in your shoe and peel them, wash them off and reuse.
Perhaps if you needed just a little arch support these would be great but not useful for someone like myself with flat feet.

So I have plantar fasciitis where my feet are flat and my right heel hurts. I went on a run and injured it and tried oversized arch support slippers. They were more expensive and helped none, so I just kept walking in running shoes but that didn’t help much either.
But later I got an ankle brace for it. Said it had arch support but didn’t but I didn’t return it. Instead I ordered arch supports that were like these but didn’t come in six pairs and were blue. Anyway I put them on my foot instead of the shoe and I could notice my foot getting more arched. That helped but eventually they got kinda worn down after a month, so I bought this 6-pair for a great price and great colors. I’m nine years old and my feet are little, especially for girls my age, but even the adult size fit. My only tiny issue was that it moved a bit and I kept having to adjust it about every hour but it’s not too much of a pain in the butt. Also my method was not quite the way it’s supposed to be but you can’t really go wrong with this. Now I can wear it around the house and I don’t have to buy expensive slippers that’s hard to find.

Ashley Harrison: I had been told by my chiropractor I would benefit from arch support in my shoes, I have many pairs so I thought this might be a good thing to try. I put the fabric one, vs the plastic gel one in a pair on converse and I could get them to stay in place very well

Mark Irwin: Not terrific support. Clear cannot be seen too easily when wearing sandals but gives light arch auppprt.
