Marc shakter: Expensive for the cut but nice beef... I just wish there was more variation in Amazon's beef selections... you either get ground beef, these cuts, or stew beef.... Where's all the other cuts of beef?!?!?! We need variety.

Zaynab: Not sure I will buy grocery off of Amazon again. It wasn’t the best but at least the meat was better than every other thing I bought on this day. Maybe strong yeah but it was edible.

Joy de Leyer: I normally buy the roast and cut it into 4 steaks, but Fresh was all out and I decided to try this steak. And oh boy, was this Amazing. Thick, juicy and beyond tender. I love the fact that Amazon meats and chicken come fresh and the expiration date is a week or more away. When you purchase at the local grocery store you usually have to freeze everything in a day or so.
I made this in a frying pan on medium/high heat. A little pat of butter, salt, pepper, and some fresh rosemary. About 6 minutes on each side for a nice medium-rare. I then remove the steak and slice a portion of it into strips and cooked an additional minute or two longer for my son, so his was a perfect medium. When I tell you there is honestly no fat on this steak and it is beyond tender, it truly is.
I was stunned as to how good this was! I definitely will be buying more of these in the future. They would probably be amazing marinated and thrown on the grill!
