The Upright GO 2 Posture Trainer and Corrector is the perfect solution for those looking to improve their posture. It's strapless, discreet and easy to use, and comes with an app and training plan to help you achieve back health benefits and build your confidence. Plus, it's been rated as the best back brace on the market by customers for its superior support, giftability and overall satisfaction. Best of all, you get all these benefits for a great value.Bob Arnold: The problem with this device is that it doesn't know the difference between leaning forward and slouching. And, it doesn't know the difference between leaning back and sitting up straight. So, you can be leaning back in your chair all hunched and slouching, but since you're leaning back, the device thinks your sitting up straight. Or, your back can be super straight but you're leaning forward, and it thinks you're slouching. So, it really doesn't work. It needs two sensors, one on your lower back and one your upper back, or a flexible strip from the top to the bottom of your back, so it knows how you're leaning and if you're slouching or not.

Mjb: I am always slouching and now I have neck and shoulder pain. PT is providing me exercises. My problem is I I slouch when I am not thinking about posture. Upright go to vibrates when I slouch and reminds me to straighten my back. I am on day 4 and Go 2 is really helping. The app is easy to use. Each day gives me a hint on how to use it. On the app I can see a little guy that lets me know how I am doing. He slouches along with me to show me how bad I am and to celebrate when I am doing well. If Bluetooth is lost, he hold up binoculars and puts them away when connected. I can see how many minutes my posture was good. Note: press Go w button to turn on and to turn off press and hold till it vibrates.
I bought a necklace with a magnetic closure to hold Go 2 and they both work very well together.
I recommend Go 2 for anyone who wants to improve their posture

D. Cuff: Canadians: Be aware that returning this item is a nightmare. First: You cannot get a replacement. You must return it for a refund and create a separate order. Second: Returning the original involves 4 separate forms.
It seemed to work really well for the first two days. Then I was admitted to hospital and couldn't wear it for a day. The day after, I tried to resume using it. Uh-uh. The iPhone app acknowledged that it was there, but I could bend over double and it didn't detect that my posture had changed.
Cheap rubbish with exceptionally poor support, EVEN FOR an American firm who hasn't thought through how to support non-Americans (and we all know that there are buckets of those).
AVOID. Do not purchase.

Les M: The sensor itself is quite helpful in pointing out how often you slouch by emitting two gentle vibrations.
I did not want to use the adhesives to attach it to my back, so I ordered the two necklaces that came in the Amazon package.
The necklaces are the weakest link of the system. Both latch using magnets.
I’m already returning the necklace that arrived first. With very little physical movements, it opened four times within one to two hours.
The second necklace is better, but not great.
I suggested to Upright that the latch should consist of a connection like the jack on a headset plugged into a receptacle end. It would be much more secure

Amazon Customer: About 15 months ago, I came out of an 8-hour-long surgery with significant pain. An old injury, plus decades of stress, non-treatment via telemedicine, and medical arrogance by so-called "professionals" put me on a path where I just had to live with the pain. We chased the problem, going from one specialist to another for over a year. When we finally made it to physical therapy I had the fortune of getting a P/T who wasn't just a credentialed idiot. He pegged my posture as a contributing factor that was aggravating the damage to my neck and back. Since I felt significantly better after the P/T because we were working on my posture doing the exercises, I decided to look into something to help with posture. I didn't think braces and straighteners would work because those pull down on the shoulder and my shoulder muscles are already too strong. They would pull up agains the pressure, making them stronger, the opposite of what I was doing in P/T, which was dropping the shoulders when they pulled up. So I decided to try the Upright GO because if it didn't work, I could always send it back.
As someone who spends significant time in front of a computer, I had already tried all...

Trading Places: I just received my Upright Go2.
I ordered the Upright Go2 with the "UPRIGHT GO | Smart Wearable Posture Trainer, Adhesive Replacement Pack, 10 Count" ($99 + $10), using a single button the Upright Go2 page.
So, a few things:
- the adhesives included in the Adhesive replacement pack are NOT the same kind that came with the Upright Go2.
- adhesives arrived first, in giant plastic envelope (what a waste). Why do I need the adhesives first? And why not ship it with the device itself? And why ship the old adhesives when I am purchasing the new Go2 device???
First impressions: there is excessive packaging on the Upright Go2, like Russian nesting dolls.
There is a lot of paper packaging, without clear directions on how to use it.
I mean: after Apple has already created the blue-print on how to mass-produce fairy sophisticated electronics with minimal packaging and very little instructions, I don't see the need for a lot of papers and packaging (with little useful info).
In the main device package, there are 10 adhesives, and 6 alcohol pads. In the replacement (which, once again, is for Upright Go1), there are 10 adhesives and 10 alcohol...

Jeffb: I have only used it for a week but really impressed with quality, function and how quickly it is helping me improve my posture, whether standing, walking or sitting at computer. The App needs further development and made compatible with Apple Watch for added benefit but I am sure this will improve and be released later, really please and a great product.
