Fran: My posture has improved with this, but only if I keep using it regularly. I read that your muscles get weak if you use it for prolonged periods of time so I only use it for a couple of hours a day. That helps me get in the right posture to then work out at the gym and reinforce that good posture. If I stop using it for a few days, I go back to my old ways. I suppose this is like the gym, if you don't do it regularly, you'll lose the gains. In general, a noticeable improvement, so I'm happy with the product.

Hannah: I’ve always had terrible posture. But recently, I got a remote job. I found myself working laying down in bed with my neck at a near 90 degree angle (pathetic I know). That combined with general slouching caught up to me. I started developing a hump at 24. I get neck and upper back pain every day

I bought this not expecting it to do much, but thought I’d try for the price. My pain is relieved the instant I put in on, much more than if I just stood up straight without it. It’s comfortable to wear over a shirt. I found that it really did build my muscle memory without me trying. I naturally stand up straighter even without it, as long as I wear it often.

It’s made well, the Velcro is strong and the padding is comfortable. It’s easy enough to put on and adjust. You’ll still have to put in work- you can still slouch with it on. But it’s a fantastic reminder and provides support. I’m motivated to wear it just because it helps the pain so much

Amazonian: When I first opened this, I thought oh dear. It looked very lightweight and flimsy and not at all what I was hoping for. I was ready to return it. However, having tried it for only a few hours really I can see how brilliant this thing is. Incredibly easy to put on. Lightweight for a good reason. And really effective in terms of forcing your posture into a correct placement. Not so bad after all.

Stormyyyy: Supportive. I found it don't like how it rubs under my armpits. The strap for tightening lays right in the clevis of my armpit so I find it annoying. Posture is getting better.

One significant issue is the pressure it exerts on the right side just underneath my shoulder. This pressure can become quite uncomfortable, particularly when I use the corrector for extended periods during the day. It sometimes makes me reluctant to keep it on for as long as recommended, which may hinder its effectiveness.

joeboo: I was wearing this for about two weeks, then I discovered that there is some discomfort while I use it. It turns out to be the vertical strap. It is too short, and the undrerarm strap was wery tight. Was trying to adjust , - no luck, conclusion- return it.
The Idea is good.
