Lori G.: I fracture L5 and L4 had cement put in L5 gonna do L4 later. I searched for something for lower lumbar to help with pain. I purchased this one because of the ratings,it really does help. I measured for fit and ordered the Large I didn't have enough over lap to feel comfortable on, so I ordered the xl fits nice. I'm 5' 3 and weigh 250 so I have a bigger belly. I went by measurements on chart, if close on measurements go a size up.

Laura: This brace/belt offers great support. I love it and it helps me be able to lift/bend without feeling as much pain in my back.
My few complaints: 1. The edges are starting to roll a bit, perhaps I need the bigger size? 2. The corners of the Velcro straps and the logo keep scratching up my arm. They are a little rough/sharp? This needs to be worn underneath a shirt or with long sleeved shirts to protect your arms from getting scratched.

I don’t usually review but felt I had to. This product promised pain free back support and I have to say it definitely does that! Amazon Customer: The belt solves the purpose, but it is very tight and pricky near the armpits, which makes it painful to wear for more than 1 hour. Also, the stitch is not good, the threads started coming off immediately

MaestroMaestro: It works well. Definitely can feel the support at the lower back when worn as per instruction. I’ll give the product a 4 star as I feel that the velcro is not long enough. If only it covers fully to allow smaller waist user to tighten the back brace without velcro-ing on the parent material which results in wearing it off. As seen in attached photo. I’ve only worn it to give it a try, yet it has already shown signs off worn material from a few tries. Definitely could improve to further suit smaller waist user like myself. Else, it’s great.

Family McCarthys: Having unsuccessfully tried an all singing and dancing back brace, we then tried a more simple version. I have to say that this one was much better.

The most important thing for me was that the actual back support was a good 5cm shorter. This means that the tension point (the area of the brace that is directly opposite the front clasp) could be positioned more accurately on the lumbar region of my back.

The belt is well made, using what look like good materials, that are quite soft in use. It is a hard stretch, but I also recommend this as it does provide good lower back support. The clasp on the front is easy to do up and the belt sits comfortably when in use.

It worked for me, so overall, highly recommended

MaryMary: I've never used or bought a back support belt before. I had no idea which one to buy. I looked through many reviews on Amazon before deciding upon this one and I'm happy with my purchase.

I like it for these reasons:
1. It is adjustable and fits me very well. I really like that there is a double layer of adjustable straps, that really helps me find the fit that feels "just right" for me. I ordered a size small and it's perfect for me. I'm 5'7", 133 pounds, with a 31" waist. I included pictures because I always find them helpful and to show that the belt isn't noticeable under clothing, it's even fine under the t-shirt (which is fitted). The dress I'm wearing in the picture is also a small and the belt fit fine underneath. I had thought about buying the Mueller 255 belt because it was a little cheaper but I felt concerned that I might not get as accurate of a fit since the waist range was so much larger. The reviews were also slightly less positive. I'm glad I went with this one instead.
2. The adjustable lumbar pad really makes a difference for me. I tried the belt on without it and my back pain was still noticeable. But with the lumbar pad and adjusting the belt, my...
