Cameron D: This is the 4th time me buying the Luxe Bidet. I have also bought this exact one for family members also.

If you don’t need hot water attached to the bidet then save money and go with the 110 model.

Installation was easy as always and I noticed now that they have improved the hardware supplied to attach to your toilet bowl such as a metal T adapter vs plastic in previous models.

Also the water supply line now has a knob attached around it with a thumb handles that allow you to easily tighten the supply line to the bidet without needing any tools.

There was no leaks after installing it and it works well.

I expect to easily get 3 to 4yrs before having to replace it.

Tree Hugger: This is my second bidet. The first started to leak from the body of the bidet. This one has higher pressure and I keep turning my water pressure down. It sits close to my thigh and I am not heavy. My toilet seat was wobbly with it so I bought the Luxe seat and it shifts to the side and I have to retighten it just like my old seat. I really need it due to GI problems and appreciate it in spite of imperfections.

michael gish: I have owned two of these for just over three years with no problem until recently. The control knob on one unit cracked and became loose making it impossible to operate the valve stem and the unit. I went to the web site and began a customer service chat. Within 5 minutes my problem was solved and I received information on how to place an order at no charge! Waiting on the new knob to arrive. Like I said, Excellent Product and Customer Service. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a bidet. Thank you very much LUXE!

Brandon B.: I have owned this bidet for 3 years now. It was a simple purchase that upturned my view of the bathroom - It's fantastic. My family has grown to love it too. Definitely one of the best purchases I made for our bathroom.

The product its self is great. Fairly simple with nothing really fancy about it. No heat controls, but easy assembly. And pressure is controlled by a dial. I had no issues with the product not working over these 3 years. And as far as my experience with this product has been, I had no leaks or replacement parts needed during this time either.

A couple days ago the plastic assembly around the bidet controls to the plastic that goes under the toilet seat snapped almost completely in half. For regular everyday use, this lasted far longer than I had expected. But despite the assembly snapping, the bidet and the controls still work fine. It lasted a solid 3 years, and I think this was an absolutely fantastic purchase for the money, comfort and cleanliness.

Will I rebuy the Neo 110? No. I'm now upgrading to the Neo 185 instead.

On a friend's recommendation, I finally caved and bought it. He said not to bother with the one that does both hot and cold water, because your ass is clean before the hot water happens. So, for less than $40 I picked up this device that both terrifies and fascinates me.

Installation was piss-easy. Use the existing water supply, attached a T-adapter right under the tank, run the water line off of it to the supply and one to the bidet. A bit of plumbers tape and we're leak free and good to go.

I anticipated performing my evening constitutional to give it a really thorough stress-test. Maybe it was that little bit of fear that caused my usual evening visitor to stop knocking at the back door, or maybe it was just the rare occasion that I didn't need to make bears at night. Either way, I was just a little disappointed in myself.

There was science to be performed however, and since I was there (and you're still reading this), I owed it to myself and to you to test this pooper-soaker out.

RB: There are so few products that I would describe as truly life improving that cost so little and are so simple and yet have failed to catch on in North America. This is one of them.

I read about these on an internet forum and decided to give it a try. I liked it so much that I bought two more so every washroom would have one. Toilet paper use has gone down about 90%, so I figure these pay for themselves pretty quickly. You feel way cleaner because it is cleaner. There is no comparison to using toilet paper alone and there should be widespread shame in North America for failing to not only adopt such a product but the lack of awareness such a product exists.

Shipping was quick. Installation is quick and easy. It takes about 10 minutes per toilet. It is basic to operate. It seems well made, but there is a nylon 'T' fitting that may be a weak spot. I ordered a chrome shutoff 'T' valve from the same company for about $20 and it was very high quality and should be considered if you are concerned but I use the nylon ones with no issues in 2 of 3 washrooms. You're probably sitting there scratching your itchy unclean ameri-bum thinking to yourself "Meh, do I really need a bidet? I mean, this one gets amazing reviews and the value compared to other brands is great? But is it really worth it?" Well... let me tell you.

First let me throw you a little analogy. Imagine you accidentally break through toilet paper during a wipe and get nastyness on your hand. Shh...It happens... Would you wipe it off with a piece of paper? Or would you wash it off? Well then... why would you wash it off? Is it because wiping it off isn't sufficient for cleanliness? Well so too is the case for your most sensitive of nasty bits. Water washes, paper smears, and you're the most disgusting person I know because you smear poo all over yourself.

I originally bought this because my girlfriend is a Polish immigrant and though I'd be all euro-fancy-pants and make her feel more at home. To my dismay, I didn't know that her Eastern European butt was just as disgusting as my American butt, and she neither understood...

B. HustonB. Huston: Works great. Highly recommended. Wish I found out about these things years ago. Everyone should have one. I have 3 different types of toilets, different brands, and I have tried them on both long and round bowls and these things seem to fit any toilet (except maybe one of the high-end one-piece toilets) . I also have 3 different seat designs and new-fangled bolts, and the bidets work with all of them no problem. I have had them for a few months and have not had issues with the seat cracking, etc that other people reported and have had fairly heavy people use them.

These things are very easy to install and can be done in less than 15 minutes. One installation tip, which someone else posted, is to do the water connection in the back first and then take the seat off and do that part. The directions say to do it the other way around and I'm not sure why because then the bidet gets in the way when you are doing the water hookup in the back. Also, I found that I did not have to drain the tank before doing the water hookup. I just unscrewed the line from the bottom of the tank and the only water that came out was a little from the inside of the line (hose) which a towel soaks...
