Lindsay: My mom got one of these when she broke her arm. She now says she loves them. While visiting her I of course had to try it. There’s a level of clean that TP and wipes can’t compare after using one of these. As soon as I got back home I purchased the same one she had. I like the fact that it has both rear and feminine settings, as well as flow adjustments, and it was super easy to install. It’s definitely man friendly (yes the men of my house use it and are not ashamed to admit it lol). Women, I don’t care how clean you are, when that time of the month comes you never feel “clean.” This helps tremendously with that also. Not to mention this thing has probably paid for itself with what we save not burning through rolls of TP and wipes every day!

F8 Tempter: I've installed several bidets in the past, but this one gets top marks in all categories.

1. Packaging: everything was packaged beautifully and arrived in perfect condition.

2. Materials: they provided everything! They even included teflon tape and tools for installation. The materials were solid and of very high quality.

3. Installation: instructions were clear, in perfect English and simple. I would go so far as to say the installation was ridiculously simple. Out of habit, I got out my standard set of tools that I've used in other bidet installs and I didn't need one of them - not even the tools that came so thoughtfully packaged with the product! It was so simple, everything was done by hand and installed within 10 minutes - no leaks, no issues whatsoever - from unboxing to flawless function.

4. Design: they really thought through the installation process and use of this bidet and designed it for simplicity and ease of operation. The toilet seat adapters were ingenious and allow the bidet to fit with almost any toilet. Greggrey Cudworth: This is the third bidet that I have owned, the first two were about 1/2 the price and they worked well, the last one lasted 7 years. Not bad for $25.
This is twice the price but is a much nicer unit. It has 3 modes, read, feminine and clean. They all do what they are supposed to do. It comes with everything you need to install, including two plastic wrenches, however they wouldn't fit the existing nut. But it was a nice thought. There was even a roll of plumbers tape to seal the threads. There was a part missing, the washer for the bottom of the tank.
No complaints, nice looking well working unit.

Octavio Marquez Renteria: Yo vivo en México, y aquí no son nada comunes este tipo de aparatos, sin embargo en viajes al extranjero los puede conocer, y me encantaron, es por eso que me animé a comprarlo, el producto es excelente, tenia incertidumbre de que las instalaciones no fueran aptas para uno de estos aparatos, y me di cuenta que se puede instalar en todos los Baños, yo tengo cero conocimientos en fontanería y logré instalarlo yo solo muy fácilmente, el producto hace su función muy bien, ahorrándote mucho tiempo y dinero en papel, solamente cuando hay una presión de agua extremadamente baja su eficacia baja, ya que la presión con la que sale el chorro es muy poca, sin embargo cuando hay presión de agua baja, media o normal, funciona perfectamente, lo que más me gustó de este producto es lo higiénico que llega a ser, pienso que estos productos se deberían normalizar en los países latinos, ya que verdaderamente son muy higiénicos y te ayudan ahorrar tiempo y dinero, lo súper recomiendo.

AlbKosDr1: I have bought this Luxe bidet Neo 185 Elite and it's superb. Everyone like using it and I had some guests since then and they all like it and were impressed how practical it is to have it.
Very easy to use and fitted under toilet seat as it wasn't there.
Saying all that the fitting wasn't straight forward. As this bidet was ment for US standards it didn't fit, due to size differences between UK and US. So i had to visit a local plumber shop and buy some adapters and a extension pipe to make it fit. Once I got all the right fittings then installation was straight forward with the guide of their video and instructions included with packaging.
I have contacted their CS and send them an copy of invoice for the extra fittings that I bought and guess what, they immediately refunded me in full for the extra fittings. Absolutely amazing customer service 👏.
And to top it up, I did register the product via their website to extend the warranty to 2 year's and as a thank you i received free 2 WHIFT toilet scents 60ml each.
I am so happy i invested on this product and not on those cheaper ones because I got a lot more than expected and the quality of product is top notch...

Funny thing is, whenever I would encounter a bidet; I would sorta laff and use toilet paper as always. In the last 15 years, I have had a lot of surgeries on my back. As I've got older and now into my 60's, wiping my tush had become an "Olympic Event". It's very hard for me to "twist", so it had necessitated 4-6 "Wipe Scoops" after a PooPoo. It got worse and worse, and I was really debating getting some sort of handle or grabber to hold the paper for me while wiping. I already have one for the shower to help me clean, but when wiping a PooPoo, I was sort of "on my own". It was getting very difficult.
Among other things, I am an avid fan of South Park. One of their latest episodes was about Japanese Toilets and how much Toilet Paper Americans use. I had no idea the average American uses 140 rolls a year, and it takes over 30 million trees annually to produce all of America's toilet paper. Now, I am not some Psycho environmentalist, but heck, I don't wanna kill trees either. The real message I was getting from that episode was twofold: 1. Paper Companies don't want us installing bidets...

Wildlife GalWildlife Gal: I had literally never used a bidet before... understood the concept, but never encountered one. At the advise of friends (due to a medical condition) I did some research and finally settled on the Luxe Brand, based on extensive research and reviews, and could not be happier.

I would like to allay any fears you might have. If like me, the concept of a jet of cold water smacking you right in the keister was not something I was looking forward to, felt would be uncomfortable, and frankly was not at all sure this was an experience I wanted to undergo multiple times a day. The truth is, yes, the first time it's a bit of "OOHH", but by the third time, you truly do not notice that the water is slightly cool, and in fact, it is actually "refreshing" for lack of a better word, and not the least bit uncomfortable.

INSTALLATION is beyond simple.
1) remove the toilet seat, align the attachment portion of the bidet, replace toilet seat (this means remove the bolts holding the toilet seat to the bowl and giving it a quick wipe down before reattaching with the bidet between the seat and bowl).

2) SHUT OFF WATER, flush to empty tank (not bowl),then disconnect waterline...

Amazon Customer: Have gotten them in the US and glad I could get it in mumbai. Big headache as it's not comparable & does not work.
