Chris: Wife had surgery on her wrist. Should couldn't really use it to do the paperwork so I bought this for her. Pretty soon, I'll have to use it after my own surgery.

Installed in about 30 minutes. The only problem was the old lines on the toilet were just that: old. I had to stop and get replacements for them. Then, I have to stop and get a replacement for the guts of the toilet. After that, it was good to go.

Wife loves how you can adjust the force of the spray. Front or back cleaning is nice, to. Mother-in-law decided to try it and didn't know where the off button was. Fortunately, the mess was just water on the flood. Wish there was a temperature control. The I might use it. But the cold spray on my rear just isn't comfortable to me.

Great product I'd recommend to any others who can't do the paperwork.

Plastic Feels Cheap: This thing feels like it's made from the same plastic as dollar store toys. I'm constantly afraid that one wrong move, and I'll be left with a wet bathroom floor and a broken bidet.

Amazon Customer-Krissy: It was pretty easy to install, the over all usage is easy as well, between the knob for water pressure and switching between women hygiene or bottom spray. The only thing is if you share this toilet with others in your household, you may wanna see how high someone left the water pressure before using because when it is on high and as a women, when using the women’s hygiene setting, it kind of hurts. Other than that we love it! It’s helped us cut back on toilet paper! Although I feel like I still need it to at least dry off at times.

Not gonna lie, when I use a public bathroom from work or other places I catch myself every now and again reaching for buttons that aren’t there since I’m so use to it at home.

Therefore, I do highly recommend getting this one for beginners since it’s so easy to use and it isn’t super cheap and breaks easy. It’s pretty easy to clean as well.

Good quality 👍Good quality 👍: One of the best purchases!! Been using it for a few weeks now, no leaking and everyone is super happy about it. Super easy to install, took me like 15mins to get it to work. The water pressure is strong. Definitely recommend.

The only downside is that it only uses cold water from the tank so for the ladies going to bathroom at night it can be a bit of a wake up call.

mylenemylene: Vraiment facile à installer et rapidement. Il était temps que ce bidet arrive dans notre famille. Il est super discret et épuré. J’ai acheté des petites debarbouillettes de bébés que je roule dans un panier à côté de la toilette. Pour mettre au lavage ces dernières, j’ai trouvé sur amazone une petite poubelle mince blanche sur roue qui se glisse sous la commande du bidet. C’est finit le debarbouillage à la main ou encore d’utiliser la pomme de douche du bain. J’adore aussi le fait que la buse se nettoie elle-même, le système d’utilisation est simple et efficace pour atteindre deux zones de nettoyages et deux intensités du jet. Il n’y a pas de contrôle de température alors c’est le pourquoi j’ai donné seulement une étoile pour cette catégorie. Franchement, ça caut l’achat pour la salle de bain familiale ainsi que l’environnement de ma fosse septique.

The controls are simple: press for the desired location (females' front or everyone's back) then adjust the spray for the force of the stream. the force knob is low at 12:00; medium at 3:00 & 9:00 (for those who have a preference of clockwise or counterclockwise motion); high at 6:00 position; with in-between force for positions between the above settings. Low is nearly a dribble and high is a gardenhose. I prefer slightly more than medium. Some have commented that the controls are too far back, but it is no trouble at all to reach the controls while sitting.

Installation: straight forward but mistakes are easy to do. 1) measure the distance between your valve and toilet tank then go the hardware store to get teflon tape and a toilet flexible supply line. The supply lines come in several lengths of about 4 inches difference - a bit longer is better because you can coil the extra length into a loose loop instead of making a tight turn with a shorter line. Since it is an art to get the teflon on correctly, I would buy teflon instead of using what comes in the kit, because you will waste more than what...
