We have yet to use this, but have put it in our home we are rennovating and it is very sturdy, high quality. We have always tried to stick with delta plumbing fixtures at the suggestion of our plumber living in older homes they have held up much better than other brands and worth spending a bit more.

The shower head is solid, good quality. Shower faucet is nice, unfortunately the way my plumbing is set up the hot and cold icons on the trim plate are backwards but not a big deal. You will need to adjust the hot water since there is a safety setting which limits how hot it gets. This was easy to do using the enclosed Allen key and following the manual.
The tub spout is cheap plastic all around. I really like the aesthetics but the diverter feels loose and I’m slightly afraid it’s going to just fall off one day.
Time will tell how long it lasts but it looks really nice.

We bought this a month or two ago, our plumber got around to installing it last week. Unfortunately straight out of the box, the shower head trickles and does not work properly and fill all holes.
The tub filler works well.
No one will help me fix it so I am very disappointed by customer service.

It only requires a single line run to it although it can be used as two seperate heads. It is easily adjustable after install to increase or decrease temp and comes with the Allen key needed to do it. Great value and it looks 5 star. We liked it so much we got one for the second bathroom too!

Showerheads are always expensive for a brand name and this is one of the more 'affordable' black ones I could find in a hurry. It looks really nice in my glass door shower and no complaints about the water pressure, like some others said. I don't use the rain feature but it seems nice. Its made mostly from plastic but you would never know. The handle and spout lever (to switch to shower mode) are a bit loose but maybe we can adjust that. All in all I am happy and would recommend.
