GiuH: I purchased this product in June of 2023 to replace the expensive Grohe hand wand that developed leaks in the line in our primary shower. This product works well, for a fraction of the cost, and the installation was fast and simple. Use a wrench, gently, if your old connection is too tight. I hand tightened this one. It does not have fancy spraying options, but it does have a good flow, and it works as expected every time. I will edit this review if any problems arise.

Ricky D White: I bought two of these. I have slowly replace my bath and kitchen faucets and needed to replace one shower head. While I was at it I decided to replace the 2nd bathroom. I very much like the fact that Delta has the life-time warranty--which I have only used once for the kitchen faucet. Great company!!!

My shoulders forgot how amazing a shower massage by water felt. Not no more! Worth the money and easy to install. Even easier to use.

Bill Gresham: Shower head is fine but the hose came with a kink in it and is so rigid, that I had to fasten it against the shower wall to prevent it from constantly heading me. It definitely needs a flexible hose with it.
