Amazon Customer: We have not used this faucet yet but when installing it the plumbers said the hoses were three inches too long. The customer service rep was fantastic and sent out new hoses for the correct length right away.

Amazon Customer: What a beautiful faucet, ties my whole remodeled bathroom together. When looking at similar items I noticed most of them were drastically more expensive for what seemed like going off of reviews, similar quality. The only problem I had with this product is the supply lines for the water were too long. However, their incredible customer service was quick to resolve the problem and sent new custom ones. Overall extremely pleased with the product, would definitely buy again.
