Caroline Garcia: Vraiment ce petit appareil m’a beaucoup dépanné jusqu’à maintenant. La livraison de ma nouvelle cuisinière est retardée, cette plaque de cuisson me permet donc de cuire tout ce que je veux à la perfection. Je vais l’utiliser aussi en road trip si besoin et même lorsque je reçois des invités pour cuire plus de plats vraiment pratique à avoir. Il faut cependant bien surveiller la cuisson puisque la température maximum est très chaude donc réduire une fois votre température atteinte. Les ronds ne deviennent jamais rouges mais ce n’est pas une plaque à induction donc les laisser se refroidir après usage. Merci Amazon pour ce produit abordable et merveilleux.

Karen T: I have a glassstop stove in my rental, which I hate, so I purchased this single burner unit. It’s lightweight and works very well. The front temperature dial is easy and works quickly to adjust temperature. It cools down quickly as well.
It’s versatile and has multiple uses. It can used while traveling, in a dorm room, hotel room or camping. Two thumbs up!

Londran: it takes a whileee for water to boil when i use this witch is annoying when i’m hungry, but eventually it does get hot. maybe not as hot as a normal stovetop but it works good enough.

Stijn Horstman: I've bought about 4 of these hot plates for our STR business. It definitely gets warm enough to boil water, cook meals and store afterwards in case necesarry. Our guests like them a lot as well. They don't occupy much space, easy to maintain and does the same for us a 2 burner gas stove would do. We purchased the first one about a year ago and still works very well. Taking into account items normally don't last as long when used in e.g. tourism, we're very content with the outcome of this product. Very decent quality for this price and looks nice as well.
Can definitely recommend them!

Tess HilmoTess Hilmo: My glass cooktop recently died and a new one of the right size is on backorder! So I needed a solution that could allow me to cook for my family for the next month without breaking the bank (I just paid for a new cooktop so I didn't want to spend too much). I have been pleasantly surprised by this little unit. For the price, it's awesome.

What I love the most: price is great! It does work well - I have used it for just over a week and cooked dinner on it every night. I've boiled corn in a large pot without a problem, cooked up hamburger and chicken, made rice - just about everything. It definitely gets hot enough to boil and fry things. It's also easy to wipe down/clean.

What I didn't love: The two burner pieces are close together and so you can for sure use two medium size pans at the same time, but you would struggle to use a large pan and another pan at the same time. Often I have to cook one thing, then the other - or I have to do smaller portions and use small/med size pans. Not a big deal, really.

I noticed reviews spoke about the light going off. It's good to know it goes ON when it is heating and OFF once it reaches temp - so don't think the unit is...

S. Erhart: This is the best hot plate I’ve had. The one I had before was some fancy flat top supposed to have all these features. It wouldn’t even boil water. This hot place has the coils for heat which I think is the key. The temperature is easy to adjust and it warms up fast. I can cook anything on this. Which is important to me because I don’t have a stove. Plant boils water! It’s nothing “fancy” which I think is its best feature. Simple and does its job.
