The book clearly outlines how you begin the process of an elimination diet, beneficial for a wide range of health conditions. But the good stuff is once bad foods have been eliminated is getting into real recipes.
It is all real recipes and whenever I have a meal made from this book it is virtually guilt free, knowing that there is no nasties and its real food! Incredibly tasty and delicious including a wide range of snacks. Posting the results of her cooks on instagram definitely sparked a lot of attention and envy in the quality of the food made.
I found that as a by product of this, my girlfriend's health condition cleared up, but other benefits included; a loss of weight, much brighter glowing skin and better wellbeing in general.
Would highly recommend and we will also refer back to it from the recipes included.

Ambrosia: Very good but for some reason not as inspirational as other healing books. Also lots of resources missing with : "Go on the website and get it".
Also seems super hard to follow. You must commit to about 3 months of perfection.
I'll do it later. For now I'll eliminate the suspects and eat as much healthy food as possible.

if you are not responding to conventional medicine then be prepared to eat some weird stuff (for most of us) and find out what does you good and what makes you poorly at the moment
excellent references to other books and options does not claim to be only cure on planet
seriously impressed with ideas even though still struggling to change my mindset of foods to buy store and eat
practise will fix this as if you eat something your body does not like when you have been healthy for sometime it is a very loud response on occasion an avoiding pain is something that is easy to remind yourself of

Michelle: Great and straight forward book. Really easy to read. Would have loved a bit of a - this is the long version - and a- to the point version - with key take out and things to be aware off. The link to the site made printing of one pagers really easy (which you will need!) however some are quite hard to find on the homepage so ended up having to Google and get the link that way through. Joined the Facebook club too, but physically didn't get anything out of being in that. Note to self, is you go on the elimination diet you will be cooking non stop for the duration of the diet. It is literally impossible (if you do it correct) to eat out or buy anything but raw food in a store.

TaRi: Bought this as was allergic to something that I was eating, but didn't know exactly what. Tried another elimination diet, but was confusing, and not many recipes. This one is perfect. Lots of tasty recipes, didn't feel like I was hungry. Goes into great detail about everything, you could follow step by step or eat anything on the approved list. Lost 10 lbs in two weeks, looked and felt so great that my co-workers wanted to try it. Definitely, definitely recommend to anyone suffering from food allergies. Will continue with the recipes as well as so good. Chicken stock is amazing!

Patricia Brune: UPDATE: After referring this book to several friends, I thought it was time to report back with my results. I did the elimination diet, using the materials provided in the link below. I had already given up wheat with great results several years ago, but something was still bothering me. So the week before a three day weekend, I prepped for the cleanse - alerted my husband, shopped, etc. I do not have a juicer, but I do have a high powered blender, so I just halved the ingredients for a juice recipe and added coconut water or plain water and "juiced" in the blender.
Then I began using the journal, which I printed out and put in a three ring binder. I journaled it all. I began to feel better almost within a matter of days. Inflammation went down, my sinuses began draining, lots of other good things I don't want to go into detail about publicly. Yes, it is a lot of food prep but you have to ask yourself if you are worth it. Some of the most valuable lessons I found were: (A) If a food causes me heartburn or indigestion - it is a sure sign that painful inflammation elsewhere in my body is going to happen; (B) my almost daily serving of fat free Greek yogurt was causing...

Dr. Simona L. Brickers: I will be honest, I dislike giving a bad review unless the company or product truly deserves it.
However, this is the exception and indeed, others may have different options, which is where respecting our individuality comes into play. For at least a month, I had been coughing and faslely believing that it was allergies. I am a 63-year old woman. The combination of aging, the environment and the quality food has changed my body reactions. The coughing turned into a sore throat and for me a sore throat is a strong indication to STOP and pay attention. I rested for two days feeling better but not exactly.
