Hayley: The longing of lone wolves is still my favourite but all the stories are so good. The build up to the bigger picture. The insight into all these characters and how they find themselves.
Finally getting to Jasper story and boy has he had a bad time but I think Ada is his perfect match and I can’t wait to read the rest

James Jared Tucker: Not James
Of course it's a 5 star read for me. I love this series and loved the ending too the season. Jasper and Ada are one of my favorite stories in this series. The love and loss they both share is very beautiful. They both have the potential for love, but will they overcome themselves to be who they were created to be? I strongly encourage anyone that is wanting a fresh series to start at book one. These stories are fantastic.

Kindle Customer: Loved it, it broke my heart in places but I loved it. Jasper is so damaged it’s painful reliving his past snd memories but I love Ada for him. She’s a gem.

MommieJ: This was a great continuation of the overall storyline arc. I was excited to see certain deaths and surprised by the plot twists they created.
The FMC was a bit whiny in this book. It was a bit back and forth with her personality. She was all things calm and patient, and then she was judgy and refused to listen. I wish she would have stayed calm while the MMC raged, healed, and finally came to see what she did.
However, I enjoyed the drama, characters, and storyline. I will definitely be continuing this series.
*This book is rated R. The F word is used more than once. The spice scenes are detailed. There is bloody violence.

Stef: Absolutely excellent.
I've become quite addicted to the grumpy guardians and their mates, but I wasn't expecting Jasper to become my favourite. He can glare at me like he does Ada any day.
The overarching plot still plays a big role, and I'm interested to see how it goes.
Dystopian fantasy
Fated mates
Medium burn
Tortured MMC with amnesia
Fae shifters
Human FMC

Cheyenne: And once again a wonderful book by Lana. I confess this is my favorite so far: the way the characters are built and developed, the way both of them carry traumas and are a little broken, but, together, pass through all the obstacles… I'm seriously in love with this book.
Here we have Ada and Jasper’s story. Ada is a girl who always saw herself helping the people (and animals), on the other hand, Jasper is molded as a warrior by the Order and in Rings. Both of them are opposites, but complement each other. The narrative starts with both discovering yourself and a new world of them (afterall, Jasper was cursed and didn’t remember anything and Ada woke up 2000 thousands years after her time). Together they support each other and find a place in this world.
I really loved this book, and this is a perfect ending for Season of the Wolf and the start to more of this universe.

TM: It's perfect.
This book is literally perfect.
I mean - the overarching plot thickens in ways that only ratchets up the tension and stakes, new players are now on the board as others are (finally) removed... the world-building here is just excellent and the characters are memorable. Once again, I have literally zero complaints.
But all of that awesomeness aside, Jasper and Ada's story is just everything. You've got a deeply damaged hero with all the Well-damned trauma, another strong heroine out of time who has so much compassion and grit, but is also vulnerable and dealing with her own insecurities and past trauma. But they heal together. They grow together. They become stronger together. And it's just so beautiful, I wish I had words adequate enough to convey just how much I loved their relationship. This is what brings me back to the romance genre time and again - this beautiful, timeless message of the healing and strengthening power that comes with love and connection.
It's just so good.
The conflict and villains in this one were something else, too - I feel like Lana really took the stakes (and the evil) to a whole other level. Not just with...

AlmostDrQ213: Dear friends, I have yet another excellent fae book to recommend to you. The Dreams of Broken Kings, along with the other books in the Season of the Wolf series, brings us once again to the hero du jour: the fae male.
Favored friends, you know how much this reviewer enjoys a good fae male, and this time, the author has made him nigh irresistible.. he’s a broken soul, in need of healing.
One can’t resist a broken man, it seems.
Whether this is your first book in the series, or you’ve been eagerly awaiting Jasper’s tale, this book is a worthy read. Our leading lady, Ada, is one of a number of humans who fell asleep during the nuclear apocalypse, and woke thousands of years later, in a world changed by tragedy, and magic. This time, Ada awakens with a sexy stranger whom, despite her natural “lone-Wolf” attitude, she is compelled to remain with and support. Jasper also has no recollection on how he has appeared with Ada, until she removes his curse (literally, it’s on his skin) which brings with it the memories of the pain he’s endured. Despite his selfish actions, Jasper is able to overcome his past, win Ada’s love, and restore himself in his...
