Diane P: When my old Ginzu knife broke at the plastic handle, I decided to purchase one that had an attached stainless steel handle so that would not happen again. This knife is great and sturdy, with the handle a part of the knife itself. It was just what I was looking for and works wonderfully and at a good price also.

S, Milton Keynes: My favourite kitchen knife. I have two which have been in daily use for six months now. The design makes it more useful than "just" a break-knife. I really like the one-piece design - no handle rivets, plastic or wooden bits. Goes in the dishwasher. My only, very slight complaint, is that the "stainless steel" sometimes shows slight signs of staining that require attention with a plastic scouring pad. I think it may not be the highest grade of stainless steel. For the price, though, it is an excellent knife which I hesitate to criticize.
