Chris G: Fibrox are my favorite knife brand, and I was not disappointed in this one. We do not take great care of our knives washing them on the third shelf of the dishwasher.
Despite this abuse the bread knife keeps on cutting, not squashing loaves and what not. The knife also has plenty of weight so you don't have to push down as you cut and let the serrations do the work
