KAL: Il mio Wi-Fi dava problemi di connessioni con la nintendo wii u. Questo adattatore ethernet ha permesso di usare il mio cavo Lan.
Finalmente ho risolto un problema che mi dava fastidio da diverso tempo ora posso giocare ancora per un po' di tempo con i miei amici in rete fino a quando ne intendo ce lo permetterà. Inoltre cosa non da poco posso continuare a scaricare gli aggiornamenti dei giochi.

Amazon Kunde: Mein über 10 Jahre altes Notebook läuft noch problemlos, aber die LAN-Buchse hat einen Wackelkontakt. Nur wenn der LAN-Stecker nach rechts oben gedrückt und gehalten wird, lädt er richtig. Nun habe ich als Alternative diesen LAN-Adapter für USB ausprobiert. USB2 hat das Notebook glücklicherweise schon, aber es läut noch unter win7. Kein Problem: ein Treiber für win7 ist auf der beigelegten CD (auch für Linux, MacOS und sogar noch für winXP/Vista) und lässt sich sofort installieren. Adapter eingesteckt, wird erkannt, LAN-Kabel eingesteckt und alles ist perfekt. Die Geschwindigkeit habe ich nicht gemessen, ist bei meinem alten Notebook jetzt aber auch nicht das Thema. Subjektiv merke ich beim Surfen / youtube keinen Unterschied zur LAN-Buchse vorher. Diesen Adapter hätte ich schon viel früher kaufen sollen! Probleme im Netzwerk wie es andere beschreiben haben wir bisher nicht.

NYr: I use this with my Laptop when traveling within the US.
I can connect directly to the internet using the Ethernet adapter when WiFi is an issue. I almost always carry a 10ft Cat6E cable with me, always prepared. You can get a longer or shorter Ethernet cable if you wish but 10ft worked for me.
It works, it connects but the Adapter housing does get hot, not hot enough to burn though. I like options so I'm satisfied.
