Nod: Bit pricey, but then everything ’truffle’ is. So far I’ve mixed some into Mayo, which was delicious, and used with good quality spaghetti…just mixed with a small amount of the oil and topped with Parmesan, also delicious. So far, so good

Eagle Vision: I returned from Italy with a lot of olive oil, and dark truffle is my favorite. I tried replacing what I finished and ordered this. Flavor and taste is good, but I taste something medicinal in this particular oil.

It is ok, but not quite what I was expecting.
