Kenya M: I bought this product after my doctor instructed me to try a low-fodmap diet to rule out IBS. This little oil all by itself taught me that I do have IBS and that is triggered specifically by garlic!!! It has real garlic pieces in it, so I was basically suffering. HOWEVER!!! It is absolutely delicious, so anyone who can have garlic without the squirts, this is a great purchase for you!!!

AlexF: First things first - we only use flavored oils as salad dressing. not for dipping bread or anything else. This product is quite nice - not too thick and without lingering aftertaste that some other brands have. The only negative is if you use too much, the oily taste does come through fairly strong but at that point you are just wasting a nice product.
We plan on trying other flavors Lieber next as the garlic one is a winner!

Jenn Butterfield: My hubby loves to cook & Italian food is his specialty....For a while, he made his own garlic oil & it was delicious...However, recently he has heard a lot about the risk of botulism, he decided to search for something as good as, or very close, to what he could make. This product has a strong garlic flavor that is very good! Now we no longer miss his homemade garlic-infused olive oil.
We know there are lots of very nice boutique garlic-infused olive oil products out there with prices well over a dollar an ounce. In our opinion, that’s way over-priced!!! If you love to cook with garlic and eat the results and don't want to pay five to ten times the price for roughly the same thing, definitely try this product. You won’t be disappointed!!! With this fabulous oil, we can afford to have that wonderful garlic aroma and taste any time we want it now.♥️♥️

The OG Elf: How have I never heard of infused olive oil before? I only chanced upon this because a recipe called for it. Well, my entire house is now totally addicted! It can literally be used on everything; dressings, marinades, vegetables, eggs, potatoes, any kind of meat. I'm shocked at how much flavor it adds. If you like garlic, this is an essential you MUST have in your kitchen.
