Amaz Shopper 223: I love this oil on anything, but love it on my home made pizza at home. It's expensive, but I think it's worth the money to have good quality truffle oil.

Don E. Marchione: I learned about this product recently while watching chef Jean Pierre on Youtube making scrambled eggs. He's very entertaining and informative. When he finished the scrambling, he finished the eggs with some chives and some truffle oil. This intrigued me. Another reviewer here has fully described his approach to scrambled eggs. Anyway, I found his truffle oil here and decided to buy it. The bottle states that there are no artificial flavors and that the product is made in Italy. I do believe that this is the real deal, with no chemical or synthesized flavors.

I never tried truffle oil in the past. It has a unique flavor and you will either like it or not. I'm fine with it but this product, as the bottle states, should be used sparingly. The flavor can be intense if not used properly. A few drops will suffice for most foods.

I give it five stars because it is not adulterated with any chemicals. As the Coca Cola ad used to state "It's the real thing."

DFW: This truffle oil is a bit pricey but it's the real deal. To make creamy, fluffy scrambled eggs, add a tablespoon of cream (if you like your eggs creamy, otherwise fine to leave out) and sparkling water to your scrambled eggs. Mix and wait about 15 minutes and then cook over low heat. Add a little butter and gently fold the edges of your egg mixture back in your pan. Add salt and pepper according to your taste. When cooked transfer to plate. Sprinkle eggs with shredded cheese and some finely chopped green onions (chives). Then drizzle lightly with the truffle oil (a little goes a long way). The oil kicks the flavor profile of your eggs up a notch. Serve with a slice of lightly toasted thick bread. Your presentation will look spectacular and is absolutely delicious. Enjoy!

Heidi: I believe this is a good product. It is definitely concentrated as they say, and the price was great in comparison to almost all the other truffle oils I looked at. And they sent a nice little free sample of truffle salt in with it. This was the first time I tasted any sort of truffle product and am still on the fence as to weather or not truffles are for me. That may sound strange considering I left 5 stars for flavor and scent, but I think a person who is familiar with truffles and truffle oil would truly appreciate the quality and value. If you are looking to try truffle oil for the first time, this one wont break the bank so I would say go for it. Hope this helps. :)

I was leery because I'd previous purchased some black truffle salt & the smell was horrific and taste not great. Did some looking & learned I'd probably find white truffle oil or salt more to my liking, but artificial truffle products are rampant.

Found this that has NO artificial anything...price gave me pause, but since real, and "super-concentrated," in addition to the added white truffle salt I decided it would be worth a good investment to help Christmas dinner.

I made prime rib for Christmas & thought a side of truffle fries would be fun. I did it the easy way: took one pkg of frozen Ore-Ida extra crispy crinkle fries & dumped them into a large baggie.
