R. Lu: I bought of these winders recently to help keep my growing collection of automatic watches running. They have been whisper quiet and seem to be doing a good job of keeping my watches wound. As I had 4 of these, I contacted customer service to get the adapter sticks to create a 4x4 configuration. Customer service was super responsive and had the adapters shipped immediately. My only knock would be that while the finish is excellent and high gloss, the material does feel somewhat plastic to me. Also, I took one star off value because if you need to maintain 4 watches, TripleTree's 4 watch winder piano finish case represents perhaps an even greater value being able to wind 4 watches with storage for another 6 at a fraction of the cost of the 4 individual watch winders. At the end of it, I have both and would buy both again (or maybe 2 of the 4 watch case the second time around).

El Fuego: (newest review) Great customer service & timely in responding to my concerns below. I recommend this item and company just for the merit of the customer service and standing by their product. see below my prior review. I would buy from them again cause customer service matters to me and it is a nice looking item to showcase and use for an ultimate winding experience. They give you options when winding which is a plus. This lets you know they think of all customers as some may want or use all the options or just some.
(old review) Nice looking item BUT if I had to buy again I wouldn’t. The battery consumption is horrible. You’ll get up to 3 weeks depending on the mode you use. I used the 4th position mode as recommended by the watch winder maker and was replacing batteries after 1 week. Used the 3rd position and gained 3 weeks. The other rotation functions aren’t worth using cause you want a natural wearing motion that goes clockwise and counterclockwise within the same setting. I bought this due to the size. You can run it with usb electric but for me that was a second option. I had a watch winder battery operated for over 10 years and replaced batteries every 6-8...

Joe Grogan: This winder looks incredible and makes no noise that I can hear. The settings are convenient and everything works as it should. The customer service is great as well. I had a small issue and every time they messaged me back immediately (when factoring in that they're on the other side of the world). 10/10

theoriginalsubguy: The media could not be loaded. It’s very good looking, but after I left my watch on it all night long, watch was dead.
It is way too horizontal. I going to return and try a vertical style winder.
FYI the “dead watch” was much better movement than the 7s26c in the video. ETA 2892A2 was dead after a night on this winder. The swiss watch has a solid back, so the video wouldn’t have show the problem had I used it.
