One nit picky thing is the pillows could be a bit smaller, my watches are extremely tight on the pillow when using the men's watch orientation. Pillows do not fit next to each other if using the women's watch orientation.
Several of the reviews mention one of the motors dying somewhere between 1-2 years so I will update review if this happens. The motors do not seem to move at the same speed, not a problem but a bit strange. I have also noticed that if both winder spots on either motor are not filled then that side that has an empty spot will spin much slower, which i can only imagine will not effectively wind the watch. It's unfortunate that a TRULY reliable watch winder is upwards of $2,000

PhotoPete: I purchased the 4+6 watch winder in the black piano finish and could not be more pleased! The unit is packaged superbly and has inner wrappings that totally ensure the safe arrival of the unit. The quality and finish of the unit is beyond reproach. It is like of piece of designer furniture. The functioning of the unit is first rate and it is totally quiet. Even the instruction manual is above average explaining the various winding directions and times. I especially like the watch pillow design and they allow all my watches to fit securely. The memory foam material is a plus and even extra pillows are provided. I am completely satisfied with this unit and would hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you Triple Tree!

Amazon Customer: I will only write a review for two reasons; either a product has been misrepresented and is terrible or one is so good that I want to share this news with others. In the case of the Triple Tree Watch Winder for 4 automatics watches, virtually every aspect of this product surpassed my expectations.
I run a manufacturing company and have some understanding of product design and construction. At the price Triple Tree is asking, they have delivered an exceptionally styled and executed product which is constructed with real care. I was deeply impressed how it all came together. While this is a Chinese company, someone in management decided, quite consciously I believe, to build something which will truly please people looking to wind and display their watches.
My company packs and ships products every day; always enough packing for them to arrive safely but not more than is needed either; why waste money. My watch box arrived in a very thick cardboard box; perfect even for international shipments. Upon opening the box, I found another equally thick box, this one containing the product.
