JLev: Beautiful case. No surprises...appearance is as shown. One of the most important features I wanted in a watch winder was a silent mechanism. This case is very quiet. I have it on the dresser in my bedroom and it doesn't generate any noise.

Jsimon: UPDATED: Worked with customer service and they sent me new parts and worked with me to get the issue resolved. Hopefully the issue does not happen again but either way I appreciate them trying to resolve.
Original: Bought this to wind my watches. Liked the craftsmanship for the price and everything was working fine. 10 months in though it stopped working out of no where. Tried used batteries and the AC adapter. The box makes beeping noises now but does not wind. Not happy that this did not even last a full year.

KF: It arrived on time with an AC adapter (Australian Plug).
The box has beautiful polished wood funish and works very quietly.
I have not tried to use with dry battery yet as the power adapter works fine.
I put the box next to my bed but I hardly notice the sound.
Now my 2 mechanical watch alway keep time, even I wear them occasionally.
Great item. I am very happy.

Grumpy Old Man: I am using the winder for my automatic watch. This winder keeps my watch wound, whereby another brand of winder I purchased had to be returned because it did not perform/work as advertised. The winder unit looks nice on the dresser, is soundless when operating, does what I purchased it for. When I get my other automatic watch repaired, the winder will be waiting for it.

aziur11: Muy bonito diseño, parece de buena construcción. El motor es silencioso, aunque después de dos semanas de uso continuo, noto algún ruidito adicional, espero que sea normal por el uso. El único detalle que le veo es que no tienen ningún foco o led que indique que está encendido… si se agotan las baterías pues uno no sabe cuando esto sucede hasta que te das cuenta que el aparato ya no da vueltas o los relojes se paran… eso debería mejorarse.

Ulrich N.Ulrich N.: The media could not be loaded. Sehr leiser Lauf, verschiedene Einstellmöglichkeiten, optisch ansprechend, gut verarbeitet. Dreht große Uhren ohne Probleme. Kommt aber bei sehr großen, dicken Uhren an seine Grenzen. z.B 50mm x15mm
(Porsche Design Diver.) Der Platz zwischen den Kissen und der Fensterfront ist dann zu klein. Kann schleifen.
Die Kissen werden mit der Uhr nur eingelegt. Kann bei extrem schweren Uhren mit langen Metallarmband
(Golduhr) evtl. nicht fest genug sitzen. Bei normalen Längen kein Problem. Für kleine Damenuhren nicht geeignet. Kissen zu groß.

Siegfried: In diesem Uhrenbeweger finden auch große Uhren Platz! Durch die Kissen finden diese auch sehr guten Halt. Er ist absolut leise und das war für mich ausschlaggebend. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist eigentlich nur die Laufzeit der verschiedenen Modi, die eigentlich in keinem Modus wirklich stimmen (nach Angaben des Herstellers). Nach zwei Minuten Laufzeit sind 18 Minuten Pause angesagt. Vielleicht kann der ein/andere Besitzer dies ja kommentieren.
