Only problem: the instructions had front page title in English, but when you turned the page there was only French, Chinese and German instructions. Nothing in English!!!!! Thanks heavens for Google translate... even if it did take 10 minutes to type the French instructions in!

Amazon Customer: The overall piece is excellent construction but the only problem I had was that the Watches kept falling out as they revolved.. I had to use the inserts from my old watch box plus the outside rings from the cushions supplied with the new winder box and force them together to make them larger so they would not fall out.. this has worked fine so far but for how long will this solution suffice...

Billw97: This is a Great watch winder for the price! I have only one complaint, which is an issue only if you have a larger wrist size.
I have an 8-1/2"+ wrist and most of my watches have a heavy bracelet. The watch sizes very from 39.5mm-46mm, so the watches are heavy as well. The pillows that come with the winder are designed more for smaller wrist size, likely an 8" or smaller.
With my watches in and the winder running, they shift back and forth while the stations are rotating. The watches have bumped the ones next to it in the stations. This is not an issue with my strap watches.

A slightly larger pillow as an aftermarket purchase item would be wonderful. There is room for it in the winder.
Because of this issue, I will not leave the winder running when not at home. A home made fix may be needed.

TwinMomTwinMom: I'll be the first to admit, there is probably nothing more "bougie" than ordering, then reviewing a watch winder for your automatic watches. Definitely a "want" not a "need" issue. With this disclaimer out of the way, and since I feel like sharing - I have a "thing" for cats, coats, automatic watches and novelty T-shirts that embarrass my kids, in that order.
Here's where the sob story begins - when I want to wear my automatic watches, it is really inconvenient to pull it out of the cabinet and not have it ready to go. Each time I have to set the time and date all over again, which can actually be time consuming based on my specific watch model. Since I don't wear it daily, the automatic movement does not get the arm motion it needs to keep the momentum going for the time and date. Simple fix would be to wear it every day, but I much prefer my much cheap Polar fitness tracker on casual days - especially if I am running, working out or doing something outdoors.

Jen: CONSTRUCTION:
The quality of construction of this watch box is actually very nice. The piano varnish over the deep red colored wood is very classy and elegant. The lid closes flush to the bottom of the box with no gaps. The hinges seem to be of decent quality as well with no rubbing, squeaking, or resistance. The viewing window is clear with no distortion. The mode knobs are nicely crafted and the clicks are very solid.
THE PROS:
- Obviously it winds your watches, but the bonus is that it does it bi-directionally so you don't have to do a whole lot of research on the movements in your watch to determine the winding direction. However, I would recommend doing that anyway so you can set it to the correct direction and not waste power and time going the other way if it's not winding your watch.
- There is a power switch located conveniently behind the box in the lower right hand corner that allows you to turn off the motors so you can pull a watch out to put on. There is the option to run it on batteries which can come in handy in the event of a prolonged power outage, although it's probably just easier to hand wind your watches real quick instead of bothering to...
