Vicsbln: First let me start by saying I love these winders. Very elegant and quiet.
I did however have some problems.
The first one I got the hinge was broken (maybe during Shipping)contacted amazon got a replacement. I've had that replacement for a year and a half. Then I stated noticing that the winder was making more noise than usual. I contacted customer service via email. They asked me to take a video of the winder. I did and sent it in.
The next day I got a. Prepaid lable to send it back and they were going to replace it. The whole process took about 10 days. However I have a new winder and I couldn't be happier.
This company stands by their product. If your going to buy a higher end wonder do not hesitate to get a wolf.

Big Wave Dave: The Wolf Herotage 2.1 Watch Winder is very nice. I have only had it for about a week but so far so good. I have my Bulova Snorkle 666 Devil Diver on the winder and it has been working great. Want to give it a test ride before putting on my Girard Perregaux watch on the winder. The good is that it is very very quite and it has a 12 hour start delay which you can use when you wear your watch all day. The bad is it only have 900 TPD (Turns Per Day) or 1800 if you select bi-directional. A winder at this price point should let you select the number of TPD. The quality is pretty good but not perfect now that it is built in Red China. Most people would be very happy with the quality. If you want one built in the good old US of A you will have to spend a small fortune and buy an Orbital Winder. All in all I am pretty picky and I still have this Wolf Winder five starts. Good luck. Brad: The actual product is amazing. This is the second wolf watch winder I have and I was disappointed in the fact that the AC adaptor it came with is not the Wolf ac adaptor . After a few exchanges of pics with their customer service verified this was not the appropriate adaptor for wolf winders. I was told to return the whole thing or order the right one from their website at my cost. Great product but disappointed with my options to replace 5-15 dollar ac adaptor.

drobin3: This is my first Wolf winder. I am totally impressed. Very well made to the last detail. The only way to tell it is on is when the light blinks. Other than that it is completely quiet. The packaging and the shipment box is like it was coming from Italy. Nicely packaged and enclosed with a cloth bag. The timers and the ability to change the direction of the rotation or to have winder do it automatically shows how well thought out it is. The electronics within the winder are of the highest quality, as it is reliable, durable, and efficient. An example of its efficiency, in the four years of use, 24/7, with battery use only I have only changed the batteries twice.
I have no reservations of purchasing any product from Wolf. On a side note, I wanted to purchase extra winder cuffs and had a question about size. I emailed their customer service and received a response within two (2) hours, which by todays standard is unheard of. I ordered them and received a shipping notification the next day and the product by the end of the week. This was with standard shipping. Wolf is a model company for what every company should be.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: With the recent acquisition of my 2nd Omega Automatic watch I thought it was time to purchase a watch winder.
After performing my research I decided on a Wolf brand. Shipment arrived on time. Very pleased with the price as it was $300 vs. $900. Unit functions very well and whisper quiet. Only disappointment was the clasp is not flush when closed. I can only assume for this price is was a factory "second".
