Scott M.: I needed a low profile jack and this fits the bill. I certainly didn't need a 20 ton jack, but for the price and size, it was a good deal. It is quite heavy, so keep that in mind. Also, as with most jacks like this, they don't release very easily when trying to get it back down to the lowest position. This can be difficult for some people. It also take more pumping to get it to raise to height than I am used to, but that is likely because it has so much strength.

Marie-Claude Lachaine: Bought 6 to lift a structure. 4/6 arrived as scheduled. Other 2 got lost. Received replacement without any problem.
All of them worked perfectly. Convenient stubby shape, fits in smaller space. Only downside the "stubby" don't have the travel of a standard jack, depends what you're looking for.

RickRick: These jacks are capable of lifting a house out of dirt and seem to be holding up to the stress so far. However you will need to put quite a lot of downward force to get the plunger to retract even after loosening the release valve all the way.
