Gailand: I had gotten these to help level a pair of connex containers. The air powered lifting was so much easier than the manual handle and I could lift both corners at the same time. It vastly reduced the amount of time it took to level and they will also come in handy for removing the tire on my tractor.

marc. daly: Willnot work with compressor connected 5gallon twin tank ,, Manuel pump is fine even vertically the air dosnt work I bled it 25 times probebly and still dosnt pump says working psi is 100 175 psi and my compressor max is 130 so should work just take a little longer even a 20 gallon compressor max is 130psi so shouldn’t matter 130 psi is 130 psi I tested it with air and will raise the ram about 4 inches and quits and my arm strenth can stop the ram from anymore extention so either I’m extraordinarily out of this world strong or the air pump is failing it’s a 5 ton jack my bike is 550 pounds and it willnot lift but manually I bought this specifically to use on my lift using the air lift ??? I’ve modified by drilling holes on the jack surface plate to attach a custom plate I made to fit my lift. seen tons of lifts use the same tonnage if jack and worked no problem and again works manually the only way to fix is the company to refund my money or take this jack back and send me another working jack but I’ve seen all horrible reviews of this jack so I shoulda read them first and saved my self some cash which is tighter than ever today willnot be purchasing critical consumables...

Max P. Rentz: I bought this air/hydraulic bottle jack to replace a malfunctioning jack of another manufacturer. When I received this jack it worked perfectly. So good in fact, I decided to purchase an additional air motor directly from Torin, so I could attach it to my malfunctioning jack. I attached the ordered Torin air motor to the other jack and turned on the air trigger. Nothing. So then I removed the Torin air motor from this Big Red jack and put it on the other jack. Still nothing. And when I reattached the original Torin air motor to Big Red, no it wasn't working either!

Contacing the company was useless. I guess it was a language barrier, because they could not understand my description of what was occurring. I could not find an answer anywhere on the internet. Checked on several forums, and elsewhere, no one had ANY helpful information. I ended up figuring out the screw at the base of the jack with a red plastic cap marked "DO NOT REMOVE" was actually an air-bleed screw. When I activated the air trigger, while turning this screw, the jack began to work again! And when I went back to the malfunctioning jack and did the same, it also began to work correctly! Customer service...

Amazon Customer: The very first time I used this jack I was changing steer tires on a Kenworth. I jacked up the drivers side it worked perfect once I was finished on the drivers side I proceeded to jack up the passenger side it worked perfect going up but the quick release valve failed to stop air flow to the jack and it just kept going up until I finally unplugged the air from the jack. I have to either return it or change the air control valve and this is only the second lift with it. Hopefully it doesn’t turn out to be a PoS. Not a good first experience 🤬
