slang231: Nice solid product. Bought it because I couldn’t walk or sit due to a sciatic flare. After a 5 min treatment my pain was relieved. Although still sensitive Im walking normal again and can sit without pain. I use it every other day to loosen up my Quads & hamstrings.

Laura: My chiropractor recommended this unit to me and it's turned out to be well-worth the cost--which when you think about it, is pretty reasonable. I often wake up with one or both hips hurting from chronic sciatica. When I can't walk the ache out in 5 minutes, I turn on this unit, use it the way my chropractor recommended, and in 5 minutes or less, my hips feel fine. I also reccently developed acute shoulder tendonitis. My chiropractor worked on it for half an hour and brought the pain down to a 1 or 2 out of 10. I used this unit twice a day for 2 days and the tendonitis was pretty much cured. No more pain at all.
The unit appears to be very well made; very sturdy, and easy to use. It's not too heavy for this 78 year old woman whose muscles aren't as strong as they used to be.
I highly recommend this unit for anyone for whatever muscle ache bothers you. There are 9 or 10 different heads for the unit, each one designed for a specific part of your body. Once again, excellent product. Oh--I gave it 5 stars for battery life, but I actually don't know how long the battery lasts as I've been using it for about two weeks only. Alissa: I run year round. Sometimes I have difficulty getting upper and lower body muscles to relax especially my iliotibial band. My brother let me use his Theragun a couple years ago. I really liked it but didn't want to spend the high price to get my own. I continue to use my trusty trigger point foam roller and massage stick.
Recently I started having IT band and tight hip issues. Rolling out these areas got me thinking again about a percussion massage gun.
