Helen: I like the fact that it massages upward and then reverses to downward. Helps my back and shoulders. The heat is also a nice feature. Definitely recommend.

Buns: It is a good value at $50 but not at $110. it has now been 14 months I have not used everyday but if I did use it multiple times a day and every day it would not last as long. I do admit it has the edgy bump and there are three levels of speed on the machine with the heater. It slows down with weight and would not keep speed if someone is heavy. Product is made in China.At the current price of $110 plus tax I would not buy it.

Lovely Lady Guido: What a great Buy! When my back was hurting and it does quite often hurt. I just set it up on my couch behind me. Turn it on and my pain is gone within seconds. It's small enough that I can slip it next to the couch and pull it out when I need it. If I put the cover on it. I can use it as a foot massager. If I put it on the pillow and lean my head back oh man it's great for a neck massage. And it's lower cost than the rest of the ones that I was looking to buy. This is exceptional. Very well made. No rickety parts. You'll be very happy if you purchase this and no I am not being paid to make these stupid reviews. I just know what I like.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I've bought other low-cost pillow massagers, and they all break their plastic gears. This one has held up much better. I've used it until it wore holes through its cloth cover.
I like it enough that I darned it like a sock to keep on using it.

Sharon: This massager is very is very aggressive. I found that putting a towel between it and my back was perfect for intensity. I like the features - heat, massage direction control and speed. The strap for around a chair is only suitable for a kitchen or small office chair. It arrived quickly.

ken: Due to the big size and the shape, I prefer using it while lying down on bed; using it to massage the head and neck.
The item will turn off after 15 mins by itself, and then I turn it on for another 15 mins- so totally in 30 mins once.
When massaging the head, use the leather cover because of the strong strength of the machine.
The doctor suggested that the time for massage by a machine, one time is 30 mins only. Twice a day.

C.C: This massager was great and gave great massage. However, it only lasted two weeks and quit.
The problem I have with this massager is that the two massager heads had loosen their grip with the base, so whenever any kind of pressure placed on any direction of these heads, they will just stopped turning and will create a very loud kicking noise telling you that they are stuck and quit. I am very disappointed because this look and feel like a well make massager from the appearance comparing with some other similar massager I had tried from Amazon in the past within the same price range.
***UPDATE***
I had previously given ONE Star review of this product quit working after 2 weeks, and now is changing to THREE Stars because their customer service contacted me for product support.
