Brian Yaniak: My wife bought one for herself after seeing a review and getting convinced it would be wonderful. I don't usually have much luck with massagers like these and wasn't anticipating it being worth it. We now own two because I was very wrong and neither of us wanted to share. I definitely appreciate the ability to use it in the car with the other plug it comes with. We've brought one on three or four road trips now and it's very nice when you switch off as driver to navigator and are able to relax with this thing. When it eventually wears out from our very frequent use I'll definitely be buying another exactly the same.

Nikkibug: This product is great a working out my sore muscles. The machine is quiet enough to use while I work and take calls. Which is great because I can use it when I need it and don't have to wait until I'm off!

I thought I had an issue with the machine, and contacted customer service/the company. They were so helpful even though it turned out, to be an error on MY end. Lol they were still so nice and it's good to know if I do ever have an issue they are reliable to help.

SGA: It works as well as the last massager I had that I loved. It finally died so bought this one. It is very effective. It relieves pain and it can be used in different areas of the body. It is easy to use. The only complaint I have is that the straps can get in the way sometimes and it is irritating.

Peter Han: I work from home and my desk set up has my primary monitor on the right side of my desk. I didn’t think it was an issue but overtime my right trap and shoulder blade was SO tight to the point where I could barely move my neck. Because of this I booked a massage at my local massage parlor and while it felt nice, it didn’t resolve my pain. Jessica: 0.5 Sterne Abzug da es manchmal einfach ausgeht (keine Überhitzung, da es auch Sekunden nach Start passiert), ich denke es liegt an dem Stecker im Kabel. Passiert aber nicht allzu oft, von daher ok.
Für mich funktioniert das Massagegerät sehr gut, regelmäßig genutzt hilft es mir sehr bei Nackenschmerzen.
Ich bekomme durch meinen Nacken leider oft fiese Kopfschmerzen. Natürlich ist das Massagegerät kein Allheilmittel aber die Massage kommt recht gut/nah an den Atlaswirbel und knetet den Nacken allgemein gut durch wodurch meine Kopfschmerzen zum Glück relativ schnell zumindest etwas abflauen.

Carl Alves: The massager is quite bulky and not the best in terms of storage. Something more compact would be nicer, but as for the actual quality of the neck massage, which is the most important feature, the massager is of very good quality and effective in what it is trying to accomplish. I like the arm holder feature, although it looks quite odd. The unit has to be plugged in, so that reduces the mobility of the massager. Although the quality of the massage is good, it is almost too intense. I usually can't last the full fifteen minutes as a result. The heat feature is much appreciated.

In all, the quality of the product is quite high but I would be more enthused about the product if it was a little more compact and easier to wield and store.
