My first one I "stole" from my dad to help with my shin splints inbetween physical therapy sessions. It was the best thing I ever had, (even better than the massage chair nested in the family library) up until it died a few weeks after. No longer rolling its pins, just turning the heat on and off. To be fair, it was likely a couple of years old by the time I got it.

So I do what any normal person would do and I search the name on the tag to find the same item exists to this day on amazon! Excited to have something back for my chronic pain, i order and it comes in quickly. Works like a charm, even has a car plug. I keep it by my bedside, I take it to work on the bad days, I even take it on trips when I can. This pillow was my lifesaver.

The only thing keeping this review from being 5 stars is the lifetime. Unfortunately the other day I was using it as intended and it just stopped. Same as the previous. P. Thompson: I’ve had this for five years and it wasn’t handy for me to use based on the location of the outlets. That’s no longer the case so when I uncovered this in my closet again, I began using it. It takes a little experimenting with the right amount of pressure and positioning and then you are rewarded with a warm, healing massage. This will be even better as we head into winter. It’s cheaper than one hour massage. What a value!

MSP: I have been using this product frequently since I purchased it in January, 2023. Last night, 10-16-23 a problem developed specifically it did not generated heat along with the massage motion. I contacted customer service today and within minutes they responded that the unit is still covered by warranty and they will be sending a replacement along with a label to ship the defective unit back to them. Within 2 hours I even had the UPS tracking number. I wish more companies operated this efficiently.

Johnny Hannah: So, initially I was disappointed in the product. After 1 month of use one of the internal gears stripped and after 20mins of use it would grind horribly. So I would stop using it until it I couldnt take the pain anymore then I'd use it again with the same result. I've worked on many electronics, vehicles and vehicle electronics so I wasn't afraid to open it up, put eyes on the faulty gear and Google for a replacement. Couldnt find one so I reached back out to the mfg. Took a few pics of the massager and worn gear and they gladly shipped out another. My guess is that this gear may have had some defects that quality may have missed during assembly. So, Monday I'll have the gear and back in business. Their cust svc is excellent. I truly would advise anyone having an issue with this product to contact them. Thanks!

Update: Received actually 2 gears from the mfg. Unfortunately I just replaced it with the last of the 2 gears due to continued gear stripping after using it for a few days. This time there were broken pieces that fell out of the unit when I was opening it. At any rate4, contacted the mfg again today and they're shipping a new unit out today. I should receive in...

Torvus: I wanted this massager for lower back pain relief and relief of shoulder pain. I have only used it for a short time, but it sure gives relief at the time of use - the added warmth is a bonus. I hope that regular use will extend relief or at least lessen the pain. This is such a well-made product that I have every confidence in its capabilities. It comes with a warning note - if you suffer certain complaints, ask your doctor if its OK to use this. A recent TED talk on pain said, amongst other things, that vibration helps numb pain, and that it may not necessarily be possible to eliminate pain but make it bearable/lessen its effect without taking opioids.

Well, Zyllion did exactly as promised. As noted below, the same day I emailed them they responded, and mailed me the replacement with a tracking number. Well, on Friday, Aug 18, I had the replacement cover!!

I'll just quote from the email I just sent them, of course via the Amazon contact seller system (which itself is a fantastic system, since Amazon thus can supervise the communication process in case there are problems, and prevent a seller from getting away with spam, phishing, etc.)

"Just wanted you to know that I received the replacement cover, and have already replaced the damaged one. I was blown away by how easy it was to do so. Even for this not-as mechanically involved person, I saw simple details, especially in the manner in which the switch is built, which made replacing the cover a piece of cake.
